Beautiful clean home in a very quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located to Helen and Cleveland which were 2 of our destinations. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and the back and front porches! Our granddaughter especially liked the bunk room. Great communication with the host and very friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was in a quiet location between Helen and Hiawassee, GA. The house had everything we needed and communication with the host was great.

The house is very small and quaint. It is dated on the inside but very functional. We had a great time. Location is perfect

Thanks for staying with us at Pine River Cabin. This home is great for ones who dont want stairs inside and a great rate for a 2 bedroom home on the lake. You dont have to overspend. The home has a rustic mountain lake theme which gives it a unique feel for something different as pictures shown. Glad you had a great time and thanks for the awesome review. The cabin was very nice and right on the river. Loved sitting on the porch and watching the fireflies at night. Neighborhood was very upscale. Great location to hit the parks and hiking from.

Host offered us an upgrade to a bigger cabin closer to town on the side of Bell Mountain. The view was stunning. Super close to town but was totally isolated from neighbors. Peaceful and very quiet. Amazing amenities and super clean interior. And the host was just amazing. Karen checked on us to make sure all was well and provided great tips for the area. Very appropriate her attention to detail and great customer service.

The house was good and the bed comfortable. The bathroom off the king bedroom was tight, with the toilet right in front of the sink, so when you sat down your knees almost touched the cabinet. Minor inconvenience. The back deck overlooked the river, and it was wonderful to sit out and listen to the sounds of nature. Check in was fairly easy, but because the reception wasn’t great, we didn’t hear from our host until after 4. I had originally texted her at 3:25. Still, that was just a minor blip.

We are so glad you enjoyed the river home. If you’re very tall, one of the bathrooms may seem close at sink. The other bathroom has plenty of room. If you are traveling from Helen, Georgia and text when you’re going over the Mountain, there’s a 15-20 minute period will not have cell phone service and text will not go through. We’ve never had an issue before, but I will be modifying the instructions to text or call before Helen, Georgia or after you get over the mountain due to reception but the cell phones works great at this Hiawassee home and everywhere else as no past comments from other guest. Thank you again so glad you enjoyed the river.
