Rare 52m² character apartment located on Rue Daguerre, 5 minutes from metro, RER, and bus connections.
Ultra-bright with a bathtub and a glass wall separating the kitchen and bathroom. Entirely designed by me and created with passion ;) Very quiet building. Woodwork, moldings, and parquet flooring. Facing the courtyard, on the 5th floor without an elevator.
We live in the same building and will be delighted to welcome you. Written agreement to the House Rules is required before any reservation.

I had an excellent 2-week stay at this adorable and comfortable apartment. Excellent location, rue Daguerre is a vibrant street with shops and restaurants, many others are nearby in the surrounding area as well as all modes of public transportation. Communication with host was easy and she responded quickly to any need. Highly recommend.

The apartment was lovely, clean, and bright.The host was thoughtful and accommodating. It was a pleasure to wake up in such a nice place and come "home" after a long day of exploring. The neighborhood is friendly and has all the accommodations on Rue Daguerre. It's quiet at night but fun during the day. The metro is only a few blocks away too.
