This charming house in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île offers you a pied-à-terre just steps away from the beautiful Sableaux beach, allowing you to easily enjoy seaside holiday pleasures!
In addition to its location, the house has two terraces. The first will be ideal for enjoying your breakfast or good summer salads, while the other invites you to take breaks to read or chat.
The living room with chequered floor welcomes you for moments with family or friends. Here, you can share convivial moments around good meals or comfortably settled on the sofa to chat (the television is no longer available). The kitchen provides you with everything necessary to simmer good dishes: induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Once night falls, you will find the first two sleeping arrangements by unfolding the sofa, then a bedroom with a double bed simply decorated, which awaits you for a good night's sleep. The latter also has a shower room with hairdryer and washing machine. An independent toilet is also available.
