the Cape Lookout at Shore Haven affords elevated views of Frenchman Bay. Situated on Shore Haven's 7 acres and 650 feet of shore front, its natural, forested surroundings assure tranquility and privacy. You'll see eagles. You'll be serenaded by wood thrushes. You'll hear the calls of loons in season. The Cape Lookout is a well appointed, comfy cape style home with living space on three levels. It is 1,400 sq ft on the ground and upstairs levels with another 320 sq ft in the finished, fully appointed walkout basement. The year round porch has oversized windows overlooking the bay and it has a dining area as well as a sitting are that leads to the deck. The spacious deck overlooks the bay and the fire pit, with seating for eight, and the winding path to the shore front bluff. It is recently updated. It is fully equipped and well appointed.
