This recent apartment with elegant decoration and standing is ideally located to live The Ciotat without car. Its beautiful terrace offers views of the sea and the old port.
Located 350 m from the old port and the entrance of the shipyard. You are close to shops, restaurants, beaches and creeks of Mugel and Figuerolles.
The equipment has been designed to provide you with maximum comfort: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, fibre, terrace, parking, etc.
Included in the rental: WIFI (fiber), end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, 1 parking box in the building and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).
This accommodation can accommodate 4 people with comfort. It is located on the 2nd floor of a recent building.
A real effort has been made on the equipment and decoration to offer you an elegant, modern and comfortable living environment.
The entire accommodation is air-conditioned with ducted air conditioning.
The living room is bright with a large French window giving direct access to the terrace equipped with a BBQ. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the bay of La Ciotat and the old port.
The living space is composed of an open, fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a dining area and a cozy lounge area. The surface is generous for 4 people.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with sea view and 2 bathrooms.
The suite is composed of two single beds (80x200) that can be grouped or separated on request, a wardrobe and a private shower room.
The second bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and two single beds (90x200) that can be grouped or separated on request. It benefits from a second shower room independent of the bedroom.
The bedding is recent and of high quality.
The toilet is independent of the bathrooms.
We can provide you with a highchair and a foldable cot free of charge.

The neighborhood
The apartment is located at the level of the old port and the old town of La Ciotat which is quietly explored along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrianized. We pass in front of residences whose construction dates from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
You can also take advantage of the new quays of the old port, which were completely renovated in 2019, and the three markets per week. On Tuesdays on the Place Evariste Gras (around the Lumière Cinema) 5 minutes walk from the accommodation and on Sundays on the Old Port and seafront. The night market is held in the Old Port from the beginning of July to the end of August. It's a whole neighborhood that comes to life around the house!
You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanque du Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...
On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.
You can also get back in your car and set off at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, discover the Golden Islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, ...
