This Premium Equipped Townhome is located in close to the clubhouse (phase 1) has been upgraded with extras, the 1st floor has a queen suite with a full bath, on the 2nd fl. there is the king suite with a full bath. The 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each with TV in all bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked for a home cooked meal, free secured WiFi, new front loader washing machine, dryer, blow dryers in all bathrooms, portable crib, hi chair, stroller, and DVD/CD, all linens and towels are provided. There are new pillow top beds, comforters and linens. Only a short walk to the Regal Palms Clubhouse/water park. This resort is a gated community and has 24 hour guest reception, casual dining, business center, game room, sundry store, swimming pavilion with 2 heated pools, lazy river, water slide,full spa, tiki bar, sports lounge has pool tables, darts, huge TVs and entertainment, full gym, computer room, and golf (Highland Reserve). Only 8 miles to Disney World. The property is ideal for disabled and elderly guest. There is parking for two cars at the from of the property. The whole resort is an excellent choice for families. There is a resort fee of $19.99 per day that is paid directly to the resort upon check in


Modern Townhome in a Waterpark/Golf/Spa Resort : There is everything you need for a great relaxing day at this resort. Hang out at the outside tiki bar and enjoy the entertainment, beach volley ball court, hot tub(in/outside), pool table and watch a movie at the pool side. The Pool area is opened until 11:00 pm. There are all types of activities for the children. You do not have to go to the parks everyday, enjoy your day and evening at the Regal Palms. There is a hi chair, portable crib and stroller for use at no additional charge. The home is strictly NON SMOKING. Due to the Home Owners Association requirements, no pets are allowed. There is a hair dryer in all three bathrooms.


Terms and Conditions: Only adults 21 years of age may reserve this home.

There is a deposit of $200 required to block the requested dates, and the total balance paid 14 days before the check in date.
If you don’t want to go grocery shopping as soon as you arrive then consider one of the food packs below to get you started. If you arrive late these can be especially nice since you won’t have to run to the store first thing the next morning to get breakfast for the family. To order just make your selection on the reservation form. For extra items not listed in one of the food packs listed below we will provide pricing on request. Contact us if you have questions.

There are many great golf courses within a 15 mile radius of the resort. Golfers can also enjoy the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, which is a 72 par and perfectly situated adjacent from the Regal Palms Resort & Spa. Some of the most popular courses in Central Florida, including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes, Legends, Stoneybrook West, Diamond Players Club, Orange County National, Champions Gate in Reunion are only minutes from the resort.

Nice place to stay

This was a nice place to stay. I loved that they had the pools, water slide, lazy river and hot tubs right in the community. It was also a plus to have the Expedia people right inside the office where you can buy your tickets directly, not only for all the parks but for dinner shows as well. Plus they had a restaurant/bar right within the community as well.

Excellent property and owner

Laura provide plenty of information about her condo and was great to deal with. We found the property ideal for attending Disney, as the drive was about 30 mins door to door. The Condo is centrally located easy to find and a short walk to pool and lazy river. Property very clean and plenty seating for family + friends who came for dinner. Jamie & Erin

Regal Palms Paradise

Laura's townhouse was absolutely wonderful for our family vacation. It is true to the description, very clean, had everything in it we needed for our stay. With the 4 bedrooms, it allowed everyone to have their own individual space and all was comfortable. I traveled with a group of 7 including my 4 year old granddaughter, she LOVED the pool, lazy river, slide and inside play area. (they are lenient on the height requirements for waterslide) The teenagers enjoyed the pool as well, playing volleyball, pool, arcade games, and teen watching! We got discount tickets from the Visitors Center for $28 for SeaWorld Aquatica waterpark, otherwise you had to be a Florida resident to get this deal, more than worth the money for entire group. Then we took a short drive to the beach where the boys learned to surf at Ron Jon's Surf school. The rest of the time we just hung out at the facility which in it self is a vacation. We will definitely return! I highly recommend this to any over advertised hotel/vacation trap!

Disneyworld adventures

Stayed here for our 6 day Disneyworld vacation…fit 6 adults wonderfully and the location and resort were perfect. Took about 25-30 minutes to get to the parks but nice and quiet to come back to. Property manager and owner were quick to respond and communicated great!!!

Great property

Please is very spacious and well taken care of. Great location. Owner responded quickly to questions. Short walk to pool area but definitely easy stroll. Bar tender/waiter/ice cream server is amazing! Went above and beyond the day we checked in shortly before he closed.

Awsome roomy place to stay in Orlando.

This is very nice roomy place to stay. 3 bathrooms made it much easier to get ready in the mornings. Poll at the facilities is awsome. My kids loved it. Very quiet area and safe.

The Perfect Disney Getaway

The whole family had such a great time at this home and resort. We all had enough private space to enjoy and unwind after the theme parks. This home was clean and the kitchen had everything for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a shopping center with everything within walking distance. The resort was so much fun for all of us. Movie night at the pool was nice and relaxing. We will be going back in the future. Thank you Laura for allowing us to check in earlier.

Laurasvilla's are a great value

I along with my family spent a week in The Regal Palms Resort outside Disney in one of Laurasvillas. The home was very clean and had plenty of room for the whole family. Laura was very helpful and easy to work with. The resort has a heated pool along with a lazy river and waterslide and is fun for the whole family. All the homes in the resort are individually owned so they are not all in the same shape. I have seen differing reviews some good and some bad so it helps to do your homework before renting. I have no problem recommending one of Laura's homes, you won't be disappointed.

How amazing!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Laura's condos! The first time we rented one and this time we rented both of them! What a reasonable price for a 4 Bedroom Condo! Wow! Laura is so easy to work with as well!! She helped me arrange our schedule so both condos would be available! The pool, lazy river and hot tub are awesome!! This is a hidden gem! I will always stay here when coming to Florida!!

Everything was all they said it would be. The home was spotless and roomy. Best of all there was a lot to do right there, but also close to shopping etc. pool was within walking distance, very short walk from the house. Had a great time.

Overall impression of property: nice and clean

The condo is nice and clean. The pool at property was very convenient and great for the kids. It was also nice to have the food store and other stores within the complex. Walt Disney, Sea World and Gatorland were just minutes away. The manager was very helpful, I would stay here again, I would recommend this place to family and friends..

I upgrade my home on a regular basis to keep it fresh and well maintained. It is important for families to have a great home where they have enough space after a day at the theme parks.

Why they chose this property

This home is located in a gated community that has it all!
If a family does not want to go to the theme parks, the Regal Palms Resort & Spa is a great place for the entire day and evening. The water slide and lazy river is so much fun for the kids and adults, The spa is so relaxing for a nice massage,hair style, pedicure, manicure, soak in the in door hot tub, go to the steam room, ater the gym, and then enjoy some great meals at the restaurant. The Banana Jacks has opened which makes it even better, the entire family can play skee ball, pinball and more.

What makes this property unique

The entire family can enjoy the Regal Palms Resort. The waterpark is opened until 11:00 pm. Great way to end the day.
Disney area tropical resort is ideal for large families on a budget who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando attractions. The town homes are spacious with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a full living room and a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, cable TV and sleeps 8-9 people. Amenities on the property which includes an on site restaurant, 3 swimming pools with a water slide and the lazy river make it ideal for children. Frankie Farrell's Restaurant and the volleyball court are a good draw for older children and the sunbathing terraces and poolside Tiki bar is a welcome retreat after a day at the parks. For those who want to combine business with pleasure, there is free wi-fi available in the business center.
It is a very easy 8 mile drive to the Walt Disney World Resort, 5 miles from the newly opened Island H20 Water Park and close to all of the other exciting attractions that Central Florida has to offer. Regal Palms Resort and Spa is situated off US Highway 27, 3 miles south from US 192 and 6 miles north of I4. There is an abundance of shops and restaurants right here next to the resort and a Publix Grocery Store close by so you can purchase any groceries and supplies that you might need for your vacation here in Regal Palms Resort and Spa. New to the area, is the Island H20 Waterpark.
