Great stay!

This property was great. The location was perfect to access the pool, playground, pond that was on the grounds. The set up was perfect for our family. My father has a walker and he was able to get to everything that he needed on the ground floor.

Great stay close to Universal and Disney

Property was as advertised. Only a 30 minute drive to attractions and little over an hour to the beach. Great location and amenities!

Spacious And Comfy

We had a great week at the Villa, any minor issues were immediately taken care of. The home was clean, up to date and quiet. We have stayed at this community many times and this Villa was perfect for what we needed.

Nice and quiet

My family and I stayed 4 nights and it was nice and quiet. We didn't utilize any of the amenities because the weather was too cool to get in water for us. Check-in info was communicated before we even left home. This place is gated with security guards at the gate which made it feel safe. Security was nice and very knowledgeable of the property. I will definitely stay again.

Nice Seven Dwarfs unit

Unit was nice,and well stocked with supplies. Would rent it again. Location to club house was great .Well worth the cost. Only issue was tv service. Could not get any local stations.

Spacious Townhouse and Nice Community.

Townhouse was exactly as described. Clean and had everything we needed. The community was nice as well. Pool, hot tub, tiki bar, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, sand volleyball court, basketball court, and tennis court. So much to do on the days you don’t go to a park. Close to Target in case you forgot anything. Would definitely rent again.

Come prepared/ Hard King size bed!

The rental was ok. The beds are very hard. Unfortunately we had to go to the local Walmart for paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper. There wasn’t any provided. The guest are responsible for stripping the beds and removing all garbage from property(which is in the very back of the complex). For the price it’s a reasonable place to stay. If you don’t have transportation I don’t recommend. Property is far from amusement parks & you will have to go to the local store for supplies.

Nice Townhouse

The stay was ok, no major challanges.The neighbourhood is good with gated property, SAM's club is right in front of property which is good.Regarding the property I felt the kitchen is small.Some improvement areas are:- the mattress are old now and makes noise.- Per property manager only first day items are there like the tissue paper but it was only one room not all so they need to stack the important items. Some of the sockets are not working so please work on it.- One of the hair dry is broken so we had to use other one and share with all female members

Not Great

My family and I rented this unit for a week stay, we ended up leaving after the first day and booking elsewhere. There was a really bad smell coming from the water in the sinks/showers. We called the owner, left two messages, called the office manager of Seven Villas to see if they had any advice and they were so rude - they basically said it was just water and how big of a deal could it be? Emailed the owner through VRBO and she immediately called us back. She told us she would call the water company, which she did and they came right out. The person from the water depart said the water wasn't safe to drink or bath in, that the hot water tank probably needed a good cleaning/flush. We let the owner know and immediately asked for a refund - which she did provide.While the water isn't necessary the owner's fault (even though the person from the water dept said there was no way this was a "new" issue) and she did react quickly once we messaged her on VRBO - the place itself was not very clean. The amount of dust all over the place was gross. The walls were dirty, the carpet stained, couch had crumbs all over, there was toast left in the toaster - it honestly just felt dirty in there. Even the welcome binder had stains on it. I would not stay here and would recommend the owners to really look at who they have maintaining/cleaning the property.

Great place to stay. Location was good. Check in was easy. Small living and kitchen space but it was expected from the pictures. Pool area was great.
