Hi ! my name is Maria and I'm a mother of two teenage boys. I was born in Athens where I worked in various companies for 20 years and gained a lot of experience cooperating with colleagues from different countries. For the last few years, I have been living in this picturesque village called Paralia Platanou where I enjoy the luxury of nature, the song of birds and the sea. I like writing my poetry as Valia Maistrou, photographing, cooking, swimming and sunbathing, meeting with friends for swimming, dining or going small trips to nearby destinations. I like hosting because I like to communicate and exchange ideas with people from abroad, make new friends, give our guests the chance to enjoy a memorable vacation in a "like-home" clean, without cleaning costs house and share the benefits of nature. Trying to minimize our environmental impact, we avoid single-use plastic bottles. We recycle, drink fresh filtered tap water and buy goods from local producers. We offer free of charge coffee/tea varieties, sugar, rusks, buter, honey, fruit juice, virgin olive oil from our olive trees, salt, pepper and also soap, shampoo, shower gel, body milk, and house cleaning detergents. In the whole building there is no usage of gas. I personally clean and take special care for the disinfection of the surfaces that our guests often touch using high quality disinfectants and cleaners. I provide freshly washed and ironed bed linen and towels with personal care and each time I deliver the house to my guests in excellent condition. Additionally, I have the ability to accept long stays by providing a discount.

Paralia Platanou is a quite, picturesque small village with a fine energy from the sea and the local winds. Is the place I've spent all my summer vacations as a child, but not only. Due to its small size you almost know all people and it gives a high sense of security, kids and adults or eldrerly people can go to the sea on foot or cycling crossing a safe passage. My house is a modern one, a house that easily someone may call it home while on vacation ! Here is my Paradise on Earth and I hope my guests will feel it !

My property is a place where I enjoy relaxation, sanbathing in the garden when the automatic watering is on, walking barefoot on the freshmowed lawn, feeling blessed to have this beautiful scenery around everyday, that's why I call it My Paradise, a place I enjoy hosting and meeting with people and families from all over the world, who love sea and nature, exchanging ideas as to the real meaning of life.
