We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Windmark Beach. The home itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach—just a short walk away, which made beach trips effortless. The kids especially had an amazing time, both at the house and down by the water. Overall, it was a fantastic place for a family getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Wabi Sabi. We were playing in a pickleball tournament in Port St. Joe and this house is a perfect location. So close to everything! Truly a special house.

Beautiful spot

This property was gorgeous, had easy beach access, and secluded from large crowds. We would recommend staying here again.

Everything was amazing. One of the most well provisioned VRBO rentals we’ve stayed in. What a great place. Only constructive criticism is that there was only about half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, only one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and zero trash-can liners. May also be beneficial to tell guests about there being two thermostats. It’s also notable that in this location, cell phones may randomly switch between EST cell towers and CST towers. Likely a good idea to default one’s phone to one time zone or another then do the math lest wind up rather confused as to why you are an hour late or an hour early.

We had a wonderful stay!

The house was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. A short walk to the beach, we loved the privacy. Great communication with property management. We will be back!

received several messages on how to check in and they conflated so it was a bit confusing. Also had no hot water for the first day of out stay, and then had an electrical issue the last day and half that we were there were several lights and outlets didn't work, and the stove didn't work so we couldn't cook dinner and breakfast during that time.

This was an unforeseen event outside of our control, and our team responded promptly to address the issue as quickly as possible. While we are always happy to assist, these systems are designed to ensure a smooth and clear arrival experience. Most importantly, despite these circumstances being beyond our control, we issued a substantial refund as a courtesy to you. We always strive to deliver a great experience and stand behind the way this situation was handled.

My family had an amazing time at this home in Port St. Joe. The house was beautifully decorated but still cozy and livable and the location was fantastic! We didn't realize that the beach directly across the street from the property is not your typical beach - it has a rock wall blocking the ocean from the beach and the listing doesn't show the new homes that are there on the beach either, but we just loaded our gear in to the truck and drove the 15 seconds to park at the beach entrance and it was perfect! Once we figured it out we were all set! I would definitely recommend this home to families - the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I did wish that we could have used the pool in the neighborhood instead of having to drive down the street to the pool in the wind mark "downtown" area. But again, that didn't dampen the vibe and it was fine. No closets in any of the bedrooms made for a tight squeeze with the luggage - not a complaint for us just something to keep in mind! Overall - I would stay here again! Such a sweet home and neighborhood and the host was amazing to work with as well! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay!

We had wonderful visit! Property was clean and close to the ocean. Only drawbacks were there are no closets to hang your clothes, the bedrooms are not connected to the bathrooms (only 2 showers), and the loft upstairs has no door. Would definitely recommend and come again. Very peaceful community and the beach was not crowded at all!

This property used to be the office for DR Horton several years ago and has since been remodeled into a home which is why the floor plan is a little quirky. The lcoation, partial water views, fire pit, bikes, foosball, and propane grill are great amenities and I am thrilled you want to come back. Remember, New Wave!

Bummer about the pool. The HOA will close the pool time to time for cleaning. This happens on occasion after heavy use. Though an inconvenience is commendable that the HOA checks the pool chemicals regularly keeping sanitation a high priority. We'd love to have you return so we can provide a 5 Star experience! Yearly scallop trip

The stay was great! We come yearly to Port St. Joe with family & scallop! We bring two boats & there are usually 4 couples & kids! Very fun time! This house was perfect, had plenty of room inside & out & parking for boats! Owners were very nice & accommodating! Would highly recommend!

Family vacation

I was disappointed that the pool was not available for this house! Also no locks on bedroom or bathroom doors.Nice location and quiet neighborhood.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our group of 9! The location was even better than expected and the surrounding area did not disappoint. Having access to bikes provided by the rental company was a huge plus and allowed us to have morning bike rides to get coffee. We would definitely come stay here again!
