The property is just stunning. Such beautiful architecture and history! It is also very well loved and cared for. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is plenty of space for a large group. Every single thing about it was just right!
We came into town with several family members to surprise our daughter for her baby shower. The place was amazing and had everything we needed for our large family. The place was beautiful, clean, and more than we hoped for. We look forward to staying again.
Our host was great! We stayed in the lovely Meadow View Manor. We were there to celebrate my daughters 50th and my grandsons 16th birthday. There was plenty of room for everyone in this beautiful home. We plan on coming back during warmer weather!
Extended family visit in the Little Falls area and the MeadowView Manor is large enough to accommodate our large family. Great place to create some great memories!
House and property were exactly like the pics and descriptions! Lovely, quiet and large enough to accommodate and cook for 10 people! We will certainly book here again at our earliest opportunity.
This house is a beauty. Wonderful vintage architecture. We came for the Little Falls Art Show. There were five bedrooms with two bunk beds in one bedroom, so all six of us had our own bed. And all the beds were comfortable. The house is huge with plenty of spaces to congregate. We would highly recommend this rental!
It was wonderful!! The house was very clean and is so spacious and beautiful, even though we didn’t spend a lot of time there, it was still awesome spending time with family!!

Our group of 6 friends loved this location for a long weekend. The view from the porch and main rooms is lovely, and all the decor is charming. All the bedrooms are on the larger side, and the kitchen allows lots of people to hang out and chat during meal prep or cleaning up. It was a hot weekend but the porch was shady and pleasant and the AC kept the house cool. Hosts were very thoughtful. We would definitely pick this lovely location again!
This place is the best! As we downsized our home, we have our family Christmas here, second year in a row and booking next year. There is just so much space. Privacy in bedrooms, the kitchen is great for meals.
If you like history and a slice of yesterday...do yourself a favor and book a stay here!
Our parents grew up in Little Falls. After they passed away the 5 of us kids wanted to go back and visit places we went to as children. This house was wonderful. There was plenty of room and it was well equipped in the kitchen, with linens and bathroom supplies. Although we never saw our host, she was easily accessible by text or phone. I loved that it had the charm of an old farmhouse but it amenities of a modern home.
Our 6 judges enjoyed staying here and they said it was much of an improvement over a hotel room. We heard they stayed up half the night visiting and it felt like home.
Every year my friends, their spouses, and the kids all get together somewhere in MN and we choose this wonderful place in little falls, MN. We had 6 adults and 5 kids (ranging from 1-14 in age). This house was perfect as it had lots of room for everyone and was great for the kids. Definitely will be recommending this
From the first moment I arrived...I was not going to leave. It is a step back in time. The kitchen is 100% updated. We were able to prepare a huge meal and all sit together and eat. The overall atmosphere was spot on! I think there were 6 Christmas Trees in the house. I cannot recommend this property enough.
What a beautiful place to stay and relax. Lots of room, everything we needed to prep and cook meals. Great outdoor spaces for any season. Enjoyed the complimentary firewood and fireplace. The rooms are all decorated so nicely with unique pieces, it is fun just to see it and admire it, let alone stay there. It was also very nice to have paths right on the property to walk.
Check in was easy in and out, and the host answered all my questions and was very helpful. She got the grill out for us to use in the winter and she answered her phone at 12:37am when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Really really appreciated the responsiveness!
Can't wait to share this wonderful place with more people. Thank you for sharing it with us.

This house is about 150 years old if I read the details correctly. There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We traveled from CA for my son’s wedding. His bride and her family live out there. We had my 2 daughters and their spouses using two rooms, one of my oldest friends using another, another dear friend who was our wedding photographer using the last bedroom with a double or queen bed. I had decided to take the 5th room with bunk beds. To my surprise these were sturdy twin over double wood framed bunks and enough for 3 more which was good because my step daughter called and said she and her daughter were going to be able to make it! I notified the property owner and she easily accommodated our needs. The groom even stayed with us the first night in that room. It was perfect.
Now that’s not all though, this house had a really cool “super old” old vibe. The decor was perfect for the style of the house. There were nooks, hallways, and so many rooms to spend time in.
We have a silly imagination in our family and decided to call this lovely home a haunted house because of how big it was and while my daughters and I were at the rehearsal dinner my two friends one being a photographer took some creative black and white photos.
This home would be a great place for mystery dinner parties, Halloween or harvest parties, and the woods and yard were so nice we could have had the rehearsal dinner there in the big dining room.
The host has a game closet, which is what we …
The views from the property were absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to explore. The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully simple, which made for a very relaxing stay. The host was also an excellent communicator and made everything seamless. We especially loved spending time at the beach and exploring the North Shore—it really made our trip memorable. The only small downside was that I hadn’t realized the property was part of a duplex, and our unit wasn’t on the beach-facing side. That was a bit of a disappointment at first, but the fantastic location quickly made up for it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly return
The pictures don't do this property justice. If you like historic homes, you will love this. The property owners couldn't be easier to work with. They are wonderful.
This property is in a beautiful and private location. We had a large group of friends, and the house accommodated all of our needs. Checking in and out was super easy.
My daughter requested a Victorian Home to get ready for her wedding and this home was breathtaking! We hosted the Groom’s Dinner at the home, the bridesmaids stayed overnight and we took pre wedding pictures at the house! It was absolutely perfect and everyone loved it! The home was spotless, and decorated exquisitely. It had the grandest fireplace I have ever seen. It was like stepping back in time and it helped make all my daughters dreams for her wedding come true. This house is a true gem.
We stayed at the Meadow View house over this weekend and throughly enjoyed our stay. There so much space throughout the house and enjoyed the historical aspect. Our favorite parts of the house were the porch and the spacious bedrooms. I would highly recommend this house and plan to stay again.

My husband and I moved to Little Falls in 2012 and have called it "home" ever since. When a unique, historic property came up for sale in our area, we immediately fell in love with it and decided it needed to be shared with others. As a host, my favorite thing is to hear guests say that the pictures don't do the property justice. It's much more beautiful and spacious than they anticipated!
What makes this property unique
Meadow View Manor is truly unique, boasting over 135 years of history while retaining its original charm. This hidden gem in Little Falls often goes unnoticed by locals, as it is situated on a secluded lot out of town.
