Waterfront Sunsets, the Ocean Steps Away. Comfortable Classy & Clean.

---Welcome to Beautiful Wrightsville Beach ---
I hope you love it as much as we do!

This perfectly located beach pad is clean and tastefully styled. It was recently renovated and provides comfort by offering posh furniture, quality cookware, fine linens for the king bed, deluxe bathroom towels, large beach towels, and unique local artwork by EDA Surf.

The patio overlooks the inland waterway which has OUTSTANDING sunset views and abundant boating activity to observe.

The path to the ocean is at the backdoor where you will find a pristine beach, Crystal Pier, a coffee shop, surf shop, and the Oceanic Restaurant.

One mile north offers nightlife, a grocery and additional restaurants.

Beach Gear: Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and umbrella are provided.

Parking: 1 parking spot is provided. All other parking is town paid parking. Please inquire with me for suggestions if you need to bring two cars.

Technology: One Roku TV and WiFi.

As owners who also live on the island, we make it our job to ensure you have the perfect stay. We are available by phone/text to answer questions and help you with any special requests.

We only allow two persons to stay and expect guests to be reasonably quiet and always courteous. We highly respect our neighbors and we will not cause disruptions to their quality of life. If you are looking to party, this is not the place to book. If you are looking for a quality vacation in a great spot, please book with us!

Great little apartment

For a short stay in/near Wrightsville, this an excellent place to stay, is near to all amenities and easy walking distance to a great beach.

Clean, Convenient and Quiet

Wonderful place ideal for a couple looking to relax. Easy walk to the beach, the Oceanic and awesome little coffee shop above nearby surf shop. All amenities provided for a great stay. Highly recommend!

A weekend to remember

We were going to a beach wedding, and the property was close to everything! It had all we needed, including beach chairs! I would rent here again!

Nice property in an excellent location

Perfect place for one or two people to stay. Quiet area but only a short walk to restaurants and shops. Beach is a one minute walk and the channel is right outside the back patio. Property was nicely appointed and extremely clean. Host was wonderful to work with.

A great place to stay

This was truely a great location, just steps from the beautiful beach. A cute coffee shop around the corner, great restaurants overlooking boats, just a short drive down the street. The condo was super clean. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. Easy communication with the host. We would stay here again.

Anniversary Trip

Perfect getaway for two! The location was great, just a short walk from the beach, and restaurants. The check in/check out process was very easy and smooth. Very clean and just as pictured. Host was extremely helpful with answering questions! Our favorite part was the view from the patio watching boats!

The condo is just as pictured and very clean. Beautiful view of intracoastal from patio and a very short walk to Beach Access #36. Parking spot location is perfect for unloading and loading.

Very convenient

We enjoyed the apartment. Very convenient to have a quick walk to the beach. Also close to a nice restaurant and a coffee shop. It was nice to not need to drive everywhere as parking on the island is terrible. Had a nice view out the front as the sun was setting.

Location, location, location

Only in Wrightsville beach for 36 hours so the convenience was perfect. Açaí bowl and coffee at Sun days above surf shop. Rented SUP and enjoyed the inlet Lunch at Oceanic Beach in afternoon…body surfed, should have rented a board. Water was PERFECT. Dinner at South beach Barefoot walk home in beach A great getaway!!!

Fantastic in every way

We loved our stay here and will absolutely be back. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-appointed with high end furnishings. You can’t ask for a better location with waterway views, easy beach access and the ground floor location made unpacking super easy. Phoebe was also super responsive and helpful with all our questions. Most definitely recommend this place!!

Amazing location

The location was amazing. You can watch the sunset out the sliding doors. The beach is a 5 min walk from front door. Parking is a huge plus for this property. People drive around for an hour looking for a parking space but this has its own reserved space. Host was very responsive and the check in/out was as easy as it gets. We will be back for sure.

Just what we were looking for!

My wife and I had a wonderful time for the 5 nights we stayed at Phoebe's place. It was very clean, uncluttered, and very functional. It is at the end of town that is fairly low key, yet the beach/ocean is wonderful. The beach chairs were high end (yeah!), and all other accommodations were top notch as well. Phoebe was great... she responded very quickly to all messages and provided excellent recommendations for meals, etc. Highly recommend!

Relaxing, quiet and convenient experience and location

This is very convenient to the beach and other locations with parking right at the door. It was well maintained and has a nice view of the intercoastal waterway. The landlord was available for easy contact. I would like to suggest if staying more than 2-3 days the availability of additional linens. Also, it would be helpful to have some kind of shelves in the bathroom.

Sunset Views on the water

My wife and I came to Wrightsville Beach to celebrate of Anniversary. We absolutely loved our stay at Phoebe's condo. We sat out every morning with our coffee's watching the sailboats and yachts go by on the ICW. The walking distance to the beach and the Oceanic were 2-3 mins tops. The provided beach chairs and cooler made it easy for us to bring snacks and to enjoy the sun. The area is absolutely beautiful and my wife and I will definitely come back in the future.

So fun and relaxing!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is exactly as described. The condo is very clean and quiet with a comfy bed and great view of the channel-gorgeous sunsets and fun boat-watching. Just a quick stroll to the beach (we came to and from several times a day) and right around the corner was the coffee shop and Oceanic restaurant. We even walked to Tower 7 and Vito's Pizza for dinner because the weather was so exceptional, and the neighborhood was so fun to explore. Thank you so much for a great, long-awaited vacation!

Weekend get away

Phoebe was pleasant and communicative. The premises were clean, updated, comfortable, and equipped. The condo apartment was conveniently located close to the public access to the beach. It would be more accurate to say in the description "a short walk to the beach" instead of "steps to the beach". The picture shown is the back of the unit facing the sound across the street. Overall we were pleased with our stay, and would recommend the condo for a weekend get away.

Wonderful Location!

My daughter and I stayed at Ain’t Life Grand for a relaxing weekend before she begins her teaching career. Phoebe is an amazing host - very attentive and incredible accommodating. Her getaway spot is in a fantastic location with the causeway directly across the street which provides a wonderful view from the front porch. The ocean is an easy stroll from the back door. The location is so convenient with bunches of cafes and shops within very short walking distance (no more than a block), including The Oceanic restaurant which has fantastic food. The unit itself is super clean, very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Phoebe also provides 2 chairs and an umbrella which is very convenient. We loved your place Phoebe and will be recommending it and coming back soon ourselves. Thank you!
