In the heart of the 15th arrondissement, this cozy 24 mÂČ accommodation has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Paris.
It's ideal for a romantic getaway.

Comfortable, it includes :
- a sleeping area with a double bed ;
- a functional shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The studio is close to numerous restaurants.
You'll find the â Centre Commercial Beaugrenelle â at 700 m from the building for your small daily purchases.
The neighborhood is well served by public transport. So it's easy to get to all the sights of Paris.
Sites of interest close to the accommodation:
- Eiffel Tower 20 minutes by subway;
- Arc de Triomphe 25 minutes by bus;
- the Louvre Museum, also 25 minutes away;
- the Pantheon 30 minutes by subway; and many more...

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.

Line 10: Charles Michels Station: 5 minutes walk.
Line 8: Boucicaut Station: 6 minutes walk.
- Bus:
Line 42: Charles Michels Station: 2 minutes walk.
Line 62 : Lourmel Convention Station: 4 minutes walk.
Lines 70 and 88: Violet Station: 6 minutes walk.
- From Gare Montparnasse: 20 minutes by subway.
