The cozy wooden house from 2007 is situated in a quiet leisure center, just a short walk from the beautiful recreation area "Karlsfelder See" and offers an ideal retreat for those who seek a little respite from the stresses of everyday life, yet not varied to a leisure center and the want to give proximity to the metropolis Munich.

The house offers cozy 50m² footprint everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The ground floor features a spacious, light-filled living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven and dishwasher. Storage and counter space you are also on the lower floor. The open gallery is the sleeping area with double bed (max. Room height 1. 60m),

Calm and cozy cabin

Had a great stay. Marvin was helpful and guided us to the property after a few detours with the taxi. It's quite far to the train station, so we rented a car for the week.

Clean, comfy, close to public transportation

Clean, quiet house, comfortable beds, fans for the warm weather and loved the washing machine! The house had everything we needed. Read a map before you go. Our GPS sent us the wrong way, but once we figured it out, it was easy to get to. Train into Munich was easy...about 20 minutes. Would definitely return.

Marvin's Munich "country cottage"

This is a cozy little cabin perfect for a couple but maybe too cozy for a group of four. It had everything we needed except air conditioning, but we happened to be there at an unusually warm time. Navigating the narrow streets within the neighborhood was a bit of a challenge as we arrived just as the sun was going down. Once we had successfully found the house, getting in and out was no problem. I must say that Marvin is a very friendly, very responsive, and very informative host. His advice and suggestions were very helpful.

War gemütlich und relaxed. Die Umgebung ist bombe, ausflüge ohne ende möglich. Einzig negative war das im schöafzimmer die raumhöhe gering ist und man nicht stehen kann wegen der dachschräge, aber ist ok weil der rest passt

Schöner Urlaub

Schöner Urlaub für uns als "Wiederholungstäter". Unterkunft perfekt ausgestattet , ruhige Lage und trotzdem Seen und Stadt München kurzfristig erreichbar. Kommen nächstes Jahr sicher wieder.

Phantastisch

Es war wie immer ein wundervoller Aufenthalt, absolute Ruhe und vor allem Privatsphäre. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Sehr nette Nachbarn und eine tolle griechische Taverne um die Ecke. Und das Highlight ist natürlich das Fußballtor. Vielen Dank an die wunderbaren Vermieter, die so völlig unkompliziert sind. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Entspanntes Ferienhaus mit Garten Nähe München

Entspannte Woche in voll eingerichtetem Ferienhaus in einer Kleingartenanlage. Füßläufig ca. 5-10 min zu schönem Baggersee mit verschiedenen Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Mit Auto 5-10 min zu park and ride / Dachau Hbf nach münchen. Ca. 25 min bis Marienplatz.Es ist alles vorhanden im Haus, check-in und Kontakt mit Vermieter unkompliziet.

Gelungener Kurzurlaub

Tolles Urlaubsdomizil - ruhige Lage, umfangreiche Ausstattung, schöne Terrasse mit Esstisch, Lounge und Liegestühlen - herrlicher Garten. Großer Wohnbereich mit integrieter Küche. Wenn man unbedingt etwas zu bemängeln sucht - der Schlafbereich auf der Empore ist durch die Dachschräge teiweise sehr nieder - hier heißts aufpassen daß man sich den Kopf nicht anstößt. Der Karlsfeldersee in 10 Min. per Fuß erreichbar. München mit Öffis gut angebunden. Alles in allem gelungener Urlaub und nicht nur gerne - sondern sicher wieder.

Schöne, gemütliche, komfortable Unterkunft, sehr sauber, toller Garten. Wir haben uns mit zwei Kindern (4+7 Jahre) sehr wohl gefühlt. Schade, dass wir so viel auswärtiges Programm hatten und den See gar testen konnten!

Tolles Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig am Rand von Dachau, nur 900 m zum Karlsfelder See, ein tolles Naherholungsgebiet mit Biergarten! Das Haus war sehr sauber, super ausgestattet mit zwei unterschiedlichen Kaffeemaschinen (Nespresso und Filter), es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben, selbst genug Toliettenpapier, Handseife, Spülmittel, Spültücher, Handtücher etc. Wirklich perfekt! Wir hätten es gut und gerne deutlich länger ausgehalten! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat perfekt funktioniert, die Reaktionszeit war traumhaft!! Weiter so!

Gemütliches Häuschen in schöner Lage

Die Lage ist gut und ruhig und die Unterkunft ist nett aber leider nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet (wir reisten mit unserem zweijährigen Sohn). Ausserdem fehlten einige Grundelemente wie eine Küchenwaage (oder ein Messbecher), Küchenhandschuhe, ein Geschirrabtropfer... Sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Sehr schönes Holzhaus

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Haus war schön eingerichtet und wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt, außer vielleicht eine normale Kaffemaschine, in der man eine Kanne Kaffee machen kann. Ansonsten gibt es wenig Unterkünfe, due so gut ausgestattet sind. Wir haben uns wie daheim gefühlt. Was richtig nett war, als wir ankamen stand bereits Bier und Wasser im Kühlschrank. Spitze! Wir kommen gerne wieder :))

Sauberes und sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Tolles und sehr sauberes Haus. Top ausgestattet! Für uns und unsere 2 Kinder perfekt. Ruhige Lage in einer Gartensiedlung. Großer Garten perfekt zum chillen und grillen. 10 min Fußweg zu einem schönen und sehr gepflegten Badesee. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden aber man braucht das Auto. Gerne wieder !!

Toller Kurzurlaub

Haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles wie in der Annonce beschrieben. Unkomplizierte Anreise und Check in. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Aufmerksamkeit ( gekühlte Getränke) im „großen“ Kühlschrank hat und uns überrascht und gefreut. Schöne großzügige sehr gut ausgestattete Terrasse. Sehr gute Matratzen!! Ventilator im Schlafbereich kühlt hervorragend. Auch ihm Wohnbereich Ventilator vorhanden. Sehr ruhige und saubere Gegend. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ein rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub. Gerne wieder:):):)
