Equipped with air conditioning for more pleasant temperatures in summer, this nice 28 m² studio comes with a living room with a nice comfortable 140*190 bed, a 2 persons dining table, an HD TV and a fully equipped little kitchen.
You will also enjoy a nice bathroom with a shower, and a washing machine is available too.
We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta, spices, some coffee and tea pods) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, Nespresso, microwave...). Sheets and towels are included.
Please note that the apartment is located near a school, so it may be slightly noisy at times when the children are in the playground.

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to the connected lock on the apartmen's door. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.
