Logement à 2 pas du centre ville et du port. Parking payant à proximité ou gratuit à 5 min. Très bon accueil de la part des proprietaires.Le check in/out est facile et souple sur les horaires. Equipements conformes à la descriptionet aux photos. Le coin nuit enfant est de type "couchage cabine" séparé de la pièce principale mais sans fenêtre.

Nous allons être factuels. Il est propre et contient les accessoires annoncés. L'appartement est petit et ne contient pas deux chambres mais une chambre en mezzanine (9 m2 ?) et les lits superposés sont dans le couloir pour aller à la salle de bains. Il s'ouvre directement sur la rue et lorsque l'on veut ouvrir la porte les passants sont devant nous. L'intimité la porte ouverte est nulle. Il n'y a que cette porte pour aération donc en cas de chaleur la mezzanine devient étouffante (pas de velux pour créer une ventilation). Il existe une aération basse derrière le canapé permettant d'apprécier la nuit les discussions des passants et le passage des véhicules. Le parking en face est payant de 8h à 2h du matin. Si vous souhaitez avoir votre véhicule proche gratuitement ce sera à 800 m derrière le cimetière ou vous le déplacerez toutes les heures jusqu'à 2h du matin (1 heure gratuite). Il est possible de laisser les vélos dans le parking souterrain dans un local verrouillé. Le sous sol est fermé par un portail motorisé que l'on entend très bien à chaque ouverture. Le moteur est fixé au mur et nous entendons très bien sa rotation malgré un autre appartement nous séparant de ce dernier. Il est situé à proximité du port (5 mn à pied, très agréable). Une piscine partagée, elle est propre. Pour terminer, le ménage est annoncé comme caution mais après demande de remboursement l'annonce a été modifié pour devenir frais de ménage (50 euros de ménage pour une nuit...).
