Come and enjoy a wonderful vacation in this beautiful duplex with a stunning view of the boats. You will be in a peaceful setting, close to attractions such as Saint-Tropez, Port-Grimaud, and Ramatuelle.

This apartment is located in the sought-after residence "La Brigantine." It is on two levels. You enter into a hallway that leads to two double bedrooms, the bathroom, and a separate WC. Upstairs, you will find a large living area (living room, dining room) with an American kitchen opening onto a very pleasant terrace with a view of the port and the sea.

For your comfort, it is equipped with a television, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, filter coffee maker, cooktop, and refrigerator-freezer.

You have access to the residence's parking, secured by a barrier.
In July and August, there is the possibility of using a communal pool with a lifeguard in the neighboring residence for a fee (between €4 and €6 depending on the duration).

To get to Saint-Tropez, "Les Bateaux Verts" provide regular shuttle services from the Marines de Cogolin.

To be paid on-site: security deposit (not cashed, €2000), tourist tax.
