Nestled within the beautiful, tranquil, award-winning Habersham community filled with abundant parks, ponds, marsh views, trails, and wonderful restaurants, Habersham Retreat awaits your stay. This 1600 sq ft 2 bedroom/2 (full) bathroom condo is located on the third floor with elevator access. Within close walking distance is the vibrant restaurant scene of Habersham, with tables lining the sidewalks and occasional live music accompanying dinner.

THE SPACE

The condo has a large open floor plan with a high vaulted ceiling allowing plenty of light. Two bedrooms (king and queen beds) are located on the first floor, each with full bathrooms (bathroom is located just outside of the queen bedroom) and private access to a very spacious screened-in porch, equipped with plenty of seating and a dining table seating. Some of your best moments will be spent on this deck enjoying coffee or meals along with the peaceful sounds and fresh air of Habersham. Upstairs in the loft is a separate library/study/workspace. There are large closets and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Guests can enjoy the Habersham amenities, including a large pool (plus baby pool) with views of the marsh, deep-water dock for launching boats/kayaks/standup paddle boards or just enjoying sunset, a river retreat, fishing ponds, tennis/pickleball courts, playgrounds, fitness trail, picnic areas, and several parks. Don't forget the numerous dining and shopping options in the Habersham Marketplace!

We provide two smart TVs with cable in the main room and Sling TV in the master bedroom, internet, a key fob for pool access, and pool towels for all guests. Feel free to bring your kayak or paddle board or to rent one from Higher Ground Outfitters, who will provide delivery of your craft to Habersham.

Habersham is located 7 miles from the heart of downtown Beaufort, 10 miles from Parris Island, and 5 miles from the Marine Corps Air Station. It is conveniently situated between Charleston, Savannah, and Hilton Head.

No pets or smoking. We ask that you please be mindful of the resident below and to refrain from heavy walking and other disruptive noises. This condo does not share walls with any other unit, but noise carries easily through the floor.

The unit contains 3 bedrooms; however, due to noise complaints, occupancy has been restricted to a maximum of 4 guests.

Note: There is an elevator in the building to get you to our unit.

Habersham is a great weekend getaway! Great nearby restaurants and close enough to Beaufort to enjoy. Minutes to Beaufort Station too! Condo was perfect for couple's weekend! The Bed was very comfortable. The porch looked great, too cold to enjoy but definitely a great spot in spring/summer. We really enjoyed the stay!

Nice stay

Really enjoyed the property and the area. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around and enjoy, nice flat sidewalks and beautiful views. The market area is really nice and highly recommend the pizza place. Also, recommend Beaufort Kitchen for absolutely delicious prepared heat and eat entrees, salads and deserts, which we all loved and can feed a family of 4 adults. Parking is super easy and elevator was great. Please be aware of some loud jet noises, several times daily, but only for a few minutes. I would recommend this place.

Quiet Gem

Enjoyed a couple of days in beautiful Habersham. The condo is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. We were able to eat on the back porch and walk to the small market place to listen to music. It was nice to be able to use the pool and walk around the neighborhood. Hope to be back soon!

Lovely condo for a vacation, but the instructions for stripping the beds, gathering all the towels, putting out the trash and starting the dishwasher seems excessive when a cleaning fee has been charged and check out is at 10:00am and check in is at 4:00pm.

Perfect Spot in Habersham

Such a great and spacious rental right in the heart of Habersham (the Southern Living gem of Beaufort). So close to local restaurants and a short distance to downtown Beaufort.

Habersham March 2022

Stayed at the condo on Abbey Row. Everything was beautiful and the location was perfect. Love the allies behind all of the houses and how easy it was just to walk to the Market place to have dinner or order take out. The little town needs more shops; like a coffee shop a Sundry store, etc. Absolutely loved it and will go back!

Beautiful Habersham Condo

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here in February. The location was very close to Habersham’s restaurants. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We particularly loved spending time on the large screened in balcony. The owners provided everything we could need and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Everyday was Sunshine!

Heading home today. Sad to leave. More than we expected. And we expected a lot. We had already been to Beaufort and knew we loved it. But this was an idyllic home base. Pristine and comfy. Even in January we enjoyed the porch. Kitchen was a dream. Perfect for day trips to Savannah and Charleston and Bluffton. Saturdays Port Royal farmers market a real find for a decadent dinner menu.
