Inside, four bedrooms and four baths open up room for ten — ideal for a multi-family ski week, a milestone birthday, or the kind of group trip where everyone actually wants their own space at the end of the day.
The main living area keeps the crew together without crowding anyone out. Living, dining, and kitchen flow into one open space built for long breakfasts, board games, and post-mountain debriefs over whatever's simmering on the stove. The full kitchen handles everything from a quick après spread to a full group dinner, and the in-unit washer and dryer earns its keep after a powder day or a long week on the slopes.
Step out to the private deck for the payoff view: the resort, front and center. It's the kind of spot where you linger over morning coffee watching the first skiers carve down, then circle back in the evening for a drink as the lifts wind down.
With two king beds and five twin singles across the four bedrooms, the sleeping setup flexes between adults and kids without the usual air-mattress workarounds. Step outside the door and the base village delivers the rest — shops, restaurants, and rental shops within a short walk, plus Park City's free citywide transit running steady routes to historic Main Street for dinners, galleries, and the full après-ski scene.
When the snow melts, the location keeps earning. The Park City Municipal Golf Course is roughly a mile away, and the surrounding hills open up to some of Utah's best hiking and mountain biking. Whatever the season, #5065 puts you at the center of it.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home does not have A/C.
- Please note that the shared hot tubs are not guaranteed during the summer season.
- Please note that the dryer is ventless so it may take some time for heavy items to dry.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Please note that the elevator is out of order until early November for all Resort Plaza units.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.
Parking Details:

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
