Skiing Deer Valley is super convenient with private shuttle and free bus stopping right in front for the two minute ride to the base - or with complimentary overnight ski check leave your skis and enjoy the beautiful seven minute walk. Complimenting the skiing you will find Deer Valley's Children's Center, rental shop, ski school and more all right there. Have any snowboarders in the group (Deer Valley allows skiing only), or looking for variety, with the free bus stop right out front it is also super easy to get to Park City Mountain Resort (11-17 minutes). Main Street / Old Town with its restaurants, shops, festivals and more is a short 2-8 minutes free bus ride or 15 minute walk.

Meanwhile convenience continues as right across the street is the Deer Valley Cafe serving fresh roasted coffee and espresso drinks, soups, chili, salads made with local seasonal ingredients, panini sandwiches, freshly baked breads, desserts, cakes and other items, also offering a section of grocery items, house prepared take-away entrées as well as wine, beer and liquor. A short ten minute walk takes you to the St. Regis for cocktails and/or fine dining.

The home features views of aspen trees, the surrounding mountains and the lake. Lake summer activities include stand up paddle boarding (SUP) and fishing. Meanwhile a seven minute walk away you find mountain biking (the best lift served mountain biking in the area, as well as access to Park City's extensive and award winning network of mountain biking trails that can take you well beyond Deer Valley), concerts under the stars, scenic chairlift rides, hikes, summer kids adventure camp and more.

The master bedroom features a king bed, second bedroom king, third bedroom bunk bed with full over queen, and the fourth loft bedroom has a two twins.

Living room features vaulted ceilings with a soaring wood burning fireplace. Adjacent balcony enjoys views of the aspens, mountains and lake.

Private garage (no oversized vehicles) is available as well as surface parking. Max garage dimensions: 7 feet high, 8 feet wide, 17 feet deep

Please note: this home is perched on the hill, while this provides a nice view it does mean forty seven steps from parking, this home is not wheelchair accessible nor recommended for those who do not like stairs
