Lovely accommodations

This rental was great! The location was wonderful, the check-in was easy, and the owner was very communicative. We spent a week with our family of four and it was the perfect size! We will definitely be staying again.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Wohlfühlfaktor!Die Ferienwohnung ist super schön und gemütlich eingerichtet – wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Besonders die Terrasse hat es uns angetan, dort konnten wir herrlich entspannen. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts, alles, was man braucht, ist da. Praktisch: Der Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und zum Wörthersee oder in die Stadt ist es nur ein Katzensprung.Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und immer erreichbar – wir hatten anfangs ein paar kleine Startschwierigkeiten , aber es wurde sofort geholfen. Insgesamt sehr herzlich und unkompliziert – so wünscht man sich das.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!

Perfekte Unterkunft für eine perfekten Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Die kurze Entfernung zum Wörthersee, zum Supermarkt und auch der Weg in die Stadt sind einfach spitze. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und strahlt direkt eine Gemütlichkeit aus. Die Terrasse lädt zum herzlichen Beisammensein ein! Unsere Gastgeberin war immer sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt super zentral. Zum See, Casino und Gaststätten sind es nur ca. 500 Meter. Ein Supermarkt ist in 100 Meter erreichbar.

Mooi appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Het appartement is op 5 minuten lopen vanaf het centrum waar zich de restaurants bevinden en het meer gelegen. Leuke tuin met buitenmeubels. Parkeerplaats naast het appartement. Supermarkt om de hoek. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om te verblijven..

super wohnung in toller lage

Hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. In der Fewo fehlt es an nichts. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie auch die Seepromenade direkt vor der Tür. Bei "Marietta" gegenüber gutes Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hervorragend.

Super Unterkunft

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die sehr guten Betten/Matratzen. Ich habe im Urlaub noch nie so gut geschlafen. Auch fanden wir es sehr angenehm, dass die Wohnung 2 Bäder hat, was bei 4 Erwachsenen von Vorteil ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Super schöne Wohnung, es fehlt an nichts

Dei Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat eine prima lage. Fußweg zum See, ca. 5 Minuten, Supermarkt gegenüber. Die Straße am Garten ist relativ stark befahren, das ist der einzige kleine Minuspunkt den es gibt. In den Schlafräumen ist davon allerdings nichts zu merken.

Kurz zusammengefasst, der Urlaub war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist zu 100% wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappt wunderbar und sehr zügig. In Velden selbst "kümmerte" sich Lotti um uns. Auch dafür vielen Dank, sie ist so liebenswert. Das war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft und wir freuen uns darauf, 2023 wiederkommen zu dürfen!!! Familie Klein

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Alles vorhanden ,um sich wohlzufühlen.Perfekt eingerichtet. Leider fährt am Haus eine sehr befahrene Strasse vorbei, was gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Frühstück etc. im Freien war nicht drin,was wir schade fanden .

Fast perfektes Urlaubsdomizil

Vorher: Ab Erstkontakt prompte und überaus freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Die Anreisebeschreibung war präzise, die Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung durch Lotti, die im Haus wohnt (Lieben Dank!), bestens organisiert. Während: Die Wohnung selbst bietet „Vollaustattung“. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man auch immer benötigen könnte (auch ausreichend Handtücher). Die Wohnung liegt zentral; man erreicht zu Fuß innerhalb von etwa 10 Minuten fast alle interessanten Anlaufstellen in Velden. In Sichtweite liegt ein M-Preis. Selbstversorgung in 2 Minuten. Wissen sollte man, dass beide Schlafzimmer ihre Fenster in Richtung Parkplätze haben. Hat uns nicht gestört, da wir wohl einzige Gäste im Haus waren. Die Terrasse liegt in einem kleinen Steingarten und grenzt an eine durchaus befahrene Straße. Dies hat uns jedoch ebenfalls nicht gestört, da es Mitte Oktober bereits zu kalt für einen Grill- und Terrassenabend war. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen sind die Betten dieser Wohnung mit „ordentlichen“ Matratzen versehen. Wer gerne „eher etwas härter“ liegt, der schläft, wie ich bestens. Dank der freundlichen Gastronomie-Empfehlungen der Vermieterin wurden wir auch in der schon begonnenen Nachsaison, in der die meisten Gastronomie-Betriebe geschlossen sind, fündig und haben an „schönen Plätzen hervorragend gegessen“. Nachher: Die Wohnung ist m.E. eine absolute Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt, bei dem ein ruhiger Terrassenabend mit Grillen (auch hierfür wäre alles Notwendige vorhanden!) und einem Blick ins Grüne nicht im Vordergrund steht.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Man findet alles was man braucht, es ist sehr sauber und die Betten sind hervorragend. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen ( was ja oft nicht so gut klappt in fremden Betten ) Ganz wichtig auch, dass alles im Ort Velden gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist toll. Der Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Haustüre, es sind 2 Minuten bis zur Touristeninformation, bei der man Fahrräder ausleihen kann. Darüber hinaus ist die Wohnung super und mit Liebe ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Die gute Fee des Hauses steht bei allen Fragen mit Rat und Tat zu Seiten. Wir können einen Urlaub dirt nur empfehlen.
