This newly built holiday home in the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz is located directly on the quay with water views to all sides. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with spa sauna and whirlpool and a light-flooded living-dining area with kitchenette. The beautiful dining table with comfortable seating invites you to enjoy and sociable games evenings.

The integration of a very well equipped kitchenette in the living-dining area is the cozy get-together and the preparation of all sorts of delicacies nothing in the way.
The spacious and inviting living room offers an incomparable view of nature and is therefore the ideal meeting place for a cozy get-together.

The bedrooms are facing north / east and guarantee a view of a wonderful sunrise over the mouth of the lighthouse with lighthouse. One bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00), the other bedroom has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00). Both bedrooms have quality mattresses, modern wardrobes and bedside tables.

Even during the cold season can this wonderful oasis use. Wellness sauna and whirlpool invite you to relax and unwind. The built-in floor to ceiling windows throughout the property allow from all rooms a view of the water in the Baltic Sea or Schlei.

On the large sun terrace facing south, you can relax from everyday life and watch the sailboats on arrival and departure. The terrace has high quality teak furniture, parasol and barbecue.

In this lovingly and modern apartment you can enjoy the holiday to the fullest and feel completely comfortable. This apartment is ideal for families with children, couples and small groups.

The duplex apartment "Schleiblick" upstairs of the same house can be rented if necessary and can accommodate a further 6 people.

The apartment Hafenblick is part of the northern, newly built exclusive Baltic Sea Olpenitz. Please note that there may be some construction work in the surrounding area.
