The host texted me shortly after we checked in. Was nice to know that he was available if we needed anything. The unit was beautiful with a view of the Gulf from two rooms and balcony. The outdoor furniture was clean and comfortable. Inside was also clean and had plenty of towels and shower essentials. The condo had security and the security front desk was very hospitable! Definitely will stay again!

Beautiful condo, very clean and comfortable. We were a party of 5 ladies, and the space was so accommodating and cozy, the views are spectacular and the location is perfect! Mel was wonderful. Quick to respond and very friendly. 10 out of 10 all the way around!

The condo was amazing for a large family with plenty of room for relaxation in the evening on the balcony over looking the ocean! I would highly recommend, also excellent communication with the owner Mel!

We love the San Carlos condominium area and have stayed there many times. This year was our first stay in this particular condo. The check in was flawless. The condo was just like the pictures and smelled fresh and clean when we first walked in. The bed in the Master bedroom was King sized and so cozy and comfortable. The girls especially liked the twin beds in their room. We loved sitting out on the large balcony early in the morning or late at night. We enjoyed eating at Wolf Bay, Luna’s, Buzz Katz, Bahama Bob, Sea and Suds, and Pink Pony Pub. Mel was the perfect host!

The condo was as described and very clean and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the large beachfront balcony. The location was great with easy access to the beach and there were many restaurants within easy walking distance. Our host was very responsive before, during, and after our stay.

The condo was superb! Pictures and descriptions were right on point. Cleanliness and secured parking was excellent. Beach and pool were very easily accessible and the view was beautiful. Great restaurants and outlet stores were in nearby driving distance. Our host, Mel Dawley, was on top of everything. Responded very quickly and efficiently. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. We will definitely stay here again!!
