1st: living rooms with beautiful kitchen open to living room with smart tv, billiards, bay opening onto exotic wood terrace with outdoor living room facing south. Room bathed in light.
2nd: master suite with 180X200 bed and shower room, toilet

Haus mit zentraler Lage

Das Haus ist im Erdgeschoß etwas dunkel und das Bad über den gemeinsamen Hausflur mit dem Schlafzimmer verbunden. Küche Wohnzimmer und Dachgeschoß mit Schlafzimmer waren neu renoviert. Ebenso die Terasse mit dem Mobiliar. Leider gibt es keine reservierten Parplätze zur Wohnung. Ladestation ist ca. 350m weg von der Wohnung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut.

S’agissant d’un quartier typique et ancien du 18eme siècle, vous ne trouverez pas de bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique à proximité. Dommage de ne pas en avoir échangé en amont. Le RDC est effectivement sombre, c’est pourquoi nous l’avons entièrement repensé en redistribuant l’intégralité des pièces pour n’y positionner que les chambres. Ravie que vous ayez passé un bon séjour.
