This is a private, luxurious Poolside1 BR Villa, located on the grounds of the Embassy Suites in downtown La Quinta. which easily sleeps 4 guest. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, a living area with TV, fireplace and Sofa Bed. Private bedroom with a King Size Bed, TV with a work area, and large closet with a safe. Large bathroom with tub & shower. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a private patio with 2 chairs on the ground floor with a great view of the pool.

This spectacular Villa is nestled in Old Town La Quinta ,near spectacular golf, tennis and world renowned music festivals and is a short walk across the street from Old Town La Quinta, with shopping and great dining including; Stuft Pizza Bar & Grill, the Grill on Main and La Quinta Brewing Company for an ice cold beer. Only 3 miles from Indian Wells Tennis Garden and 5 miles to Coachella Music Festival or Desert Trip. Golf courses are less than 2 miles away.

Guest have access to the entire casita to include 4 pools & hot tubs.

Great stay in La Quinta

Husband and I had a great stay at this property with our toddler. Seemed slightly dated when we first arrived but was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen with gas range. Great pool right outside the door! Very quiet property was great for having our young tolldwr with us.

came to watch the Indian Wells BNP Paribas tennis tournament. This place is super close to the event and near a lot of shops and restaurants. Nice property and served the purpose.

Excellent Property & Location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming Casita. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities one could think of; close to the pool, yet very relaxing & peaceful. Perfect location in Downtown La Quinta. We were able to walk to the brewery and tons of restaurants. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely be back.

This condo was fully stocked with everything you could need. Pool right out the front door with floaties in the walk in closet to use. Great tv stations. Huge bathroom. Comfortable bed. Parking is only 100 feet away and walking distance to downtown la quinta. Overall fantastic place!

Nice place. Kitchen counters were not cleaned, bathroom toilet handle had to be held down for 5 seconds or so to flush, cooking pots and pans don't qualify as "luxury". The pool was quite dirty with leaves and palm tree pieces every time I went swimming. Very nice 1 bedroom accommodations and great location to Old Town La Quinta. I would definitely stay again.

Great Place...Great Value

Pictures don't always tell the true story....Neither do some of the descriptions of rentals. THIS PLACE EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS in all ways. Very Clean, Very Roomy, All appliances new and in working order. Comfortable bed, large closet, etc. Would highly recommend this place and will stay there again next time we head to the desert area! Even the previous renters left us milk and a couple IPA's so we "paid it forward" as well. Only caution would be if you are looking for TV entertainment at night, they only had cable channels...no Netflix, premium channels to access, etc. Just bring your own entertainment and you'll be set.

Thank you so much for the excellent review. I will make sure to pass it along to the housekeeping staff. I'm surprised to hear that there is no access to Netflix or other streaming services. They are "Smart" TV's. I will look into that and see what we need to do to add that!!

Really enjoyed this unit. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store!

Here for long weekend. Perfect little getaway. Wish we had brought the bikes as this is truly a bike friendly area. Close to lot of hiking.

Horse Show Stay

Perfect location if traveling back and forth to the horse show. We could hit all the spots we needed with ease each day....Starbucks in the morning, down to the horse show and then to old town for a nice dinner and home. The home was super clean and recently updated. Legacy Villas is super quiet and behind a manned gate so super safe also!

Weekend get away

Nice big room, it was quiet and well kept. Pool was nice to have right outside of the room. You don’t have access to all of the pools on Embassy Suites grounds though, only the pool by this Casita. We went in and asked the hotel staff, but it wasn’t a big deal . All of the pools are about the same

Great 1 bedroom. Perfect location near Old town La Quinta. Many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Had the pool to ourselves. Very easy to reach manager. Would stay again.

What a great property. Nicely furnished and all your essential amenities are provided. Located right in the heart of downtown La Quinta. We just walked to the restaurants every day. It was a treat to be so close to the pool and on the ground floor. The host was very responsive. He gave us very clear directions and instructions. We will definitely be back!!
