Este amplio estudio es una excelente opción para visitas cortas al Valle de Coachella o en combinación con una de nuestras unidades más grandes en Legacy Villas. Con aproximadamente 450 de espacio habitable y un balcón privado, tendrá un amplio espacio para relajarse con el hermoso complejo turístico Legacy Villas. El estudio cuenta con una cama king; televisión de pantalla plana; reclinable de cuero; y minibar con una mini nevera, cafetera, microondas y utensilios desechables. El baño tiene una bañera y ducha separadas y un tocador individual con espejo de aumento. El balcón privado da a una fuente y hacia las montañas de Chocolate. La unidad se puede combinar con LV100 (Retiro de Villas Legacy de un dormitorio con balcón privado) para crear un amplio condominio de 2 dormitorios (sujeto a disponibilidad).

La villa de vacaciones se encuentra en Legacy Villas en La Quinta. Legacy Villas es una comunidad de 280 condominios y casas adosadas. La comunidad está ubicada en una cala de montaña en el lado oeste de La Quinta con vistas a las montañas de Santa Rosa y Chocolate en toda la propiedad. Disfruta de 12 piscinas de agua salada y bañeras de hidromasaje, un gimnasio y una casa club y parrilla comunitaria. Legacy Villas es una comunidad cerrada con seguridad las 24 horas. We found one on the back side of property near the mountains, had it pretty much to ourselves for 3 days. Property clean and beautiful. Will stay here again.

Thank you for leaving this nice review. Community BBQ is inside the main lap pool area, which is still under construction. We are hoping this will be finished soon. The unit doesn't have kitchen and it's really not equipped for any heavy food preparation and washing dishes. We encourage our guests who like to cook, to rent one of our units with full kitchens. We now have a table with 2 chairs and also a lounge chair on the patio.

We have plans to continue updating all our units but it has been a tough past few years for our owners with all that has been going on. NOT a normal Legacy Villas unit. Smoke smell.

This unit is NOT a normal Legacy Villas unit. We stay at Legacy three times a year. Besides the smoke smell, the owners have gutted all the original furniture and replaced it with the cheapest possible second hand furniture. The chair in the room is what you find on the street with a “free” sign on it. The fireplace has been emptied of logs and rocks and there is a single giant dead cricket in it. Couple paper plates, cups and some plastic forks. This is a connecting unit and the (residents?) of the main unit smoke. Had to leave early because of the smoke.

Great stay, but disappointing room.

We had rented a one room studio from August 6th to August 8th and were excited for our stay, however, when we arrived we were disappointed to find that our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. At first, we thought it may have been our neighbors, however, we noticed that our sheets smelled strongly which was our main concern as it was uncomfortable for us to sleep in. I reached out to report a problem the evening of our first day via behome24/7 but failed to receive a response and eventually found an email address I could use to contact someone, but by the time I received a response it was the evening of our second day and too late to get anyone sent out to replace our sheets and freshen the room. I reviewed our lease agreement to confirm and our room was a non smoking room, which made it frustrating that we had to experience this. Aside from that, we loved the pool and had a good time going out to eat at the surrounding restaurants. -Josh

Everyone was so welcoming amidst the crisis of covid-19 the restrictions were within reason and the security at the pool was nice and fair and accommodating. We will definitely be back... maybe not this year. But In 2021 for sure, or maybe in winter during a rain storm to see the beauty of the mountains behind the resort.

So although we received confirmation, we did not receive arrival procedures so assumed there would be an office to check in with. Not so, and security is tight and rude. After a day of travelling no one wants to be told unless they can get in touch with their rental company, they will have to leave. We were scrambling to contact California Vacation Villas, which, after leaving a couple of panicked messages, they were very helpful getting us in to our apartment. This is such a beautiful spot and felt very secure.

The grounds are beautiful in this lovely resort.

When we arrived to check in, we had not yet received the email for protocol. Security is tight, while he did have our names, he was not welcoming in the least, he was nasty. We actually thought we had been dooped, a shock to us after a days travel. After a few phone calls we got through to the rental company, they were very helpful and things went smoothly from there.
