Great holiday house in the Luberon for 12 people - privacy guaranteed - calm environment!.
Inside, each room on the first floor has a beautiful and intimate terrace. The location is ideal for spending your holidays in the Luberon and visiting Gordes, Bonnieux, Roussillon, etc., which are classified as some of the most beautiful villages in France.
Ground floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dining room
- Bright living room with fireplace
- Bedroom 1: double bed 180x200cm, cupboard and in the prolongation :
- Bedroom 2 (children's bedroom): 1 double bed 140x190cm, cupboard
- Bathroom with basin and shower
- Separate toilet
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- Bedroom 3: 2 single king size beds 110x200cm, dressing (wardrobe), cupboard, adjoining shower room with large walk-in shower – toilet – double basin. Direct access towards the terrace
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 4: double bed 160x200. It has a private terrace
- Bedroom 5: 2 single king size beds 110x200cm. It has a private terrace
- Shared bathroom with double basin - large walk-in shower and toilet
Garden level, independent stone shed about ten meters from the property:
- Bedroom 6: two single beds 90x200cm, shower, basin and toilet
Exterior:
- Large terrace with view of Ménerbes and the Provençal landscape
- Around the heated swimming pool with its local stone beach, you will be surprised by the view of the Luberon and nature
- The 10x5m swimming pool is secured by an immersion alarm and a barrier
