Once you arrive to the resort, take the elevator up to the third floor and find yourself in a private foyer before entering the condo. At over 3,000 square feet of space, Capri 301 can accommodate as many as 13 guests, with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.

Curved glass windows look out onto the Gulf of Mexico in the living room, but you will be able to soak up the view from just about every angle in the condo. Enjoy home-cooked meals in your fully equipped kitchen, or head out onto the balcony and fire up the electric grill. A wet bar complete with an ice maker and wine cooler comes in handy for filling up your cooler and chilling a bottle or two for dinner. Easy to access, agent on duty was efficient and soo pleasant… views incredible, clean & an absolutely beautiful place!! Only drawback for me personally is that the mattresses are worn … not good for back issues!!

Great location

We love this property. The one major drawback is there is only 1 assigned parking place for a 4 bedroom condo. My parents are older and have a handicap sticker so they were able to park in handicap so we had 2 spaces.

Perfect Beach Week!

What an amazing condo! So roomy that the 10 adults that stayed never felt crowded. The kitchen was well equipped, we ate in several nights- and it was easy to cook. The furniture was comfortable and good looking- And the complex was not very big- so the beach was not crowded! It was just a perfect week with my adult child!! We will back!!

Taking my mother to the beach for New Years

This was a gorgeous condo and perfect for my older mom who can’t walk well. The parking lot was small (and not crowded over New Years) so she could easily navigate to the elevator straight to our condo. She could sit on balcony and watch sunrise and sunset. We found the kitchen well equipped for what we needed. Older teen “Kids” enjoyed the gym (not huge but had the basics), indoor pool and hot tub. Steam room also worked well! Being a smaller building, it was not very crowded!! Perfect for our family New Years!

Great Location and Great Accomidations

The property is well taken care of but beginning to show some age. While we were there they were working on the property but the indoor and outdoor pools were great! The beach access was awesome and clean. This property is two doors down from a great restaurant. We all enjoyed our time there! Bring your own cooking pans and utensils and be patient with the appliances. They work but are slow to heat up. We really had a great time and no real complaints!

Family Trip

We very much enjoyed where we stayed. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. We were right on the beach& there was a constant breeze. Most days we were lucky with the water being so clear. Our condo was open & very pretty. The only complaint we have is that the Master Bedroom & one other bedroom needs new mattresses. They were lumpy & not very comfortable. We loved that the condo was smaller than the others & had less rooms. Because of this, we had a section of the beach that was not crowded like most of the larger condos are. There are a lot of restaurants that are close by, a couple in walking distance!! This is the second year we have stayed in the Capri Resorts & have definitely enjoyed being there & would stay there again!!!

Pretty much everything was ok with some areas needing attention.

Cleanliness- area rugs needed cleaning-rugs in master bedroom were extremely dirty & stained. So bad we rolled them up! Parking- a complete nightmare. No one on premises to monitor. Ice maker & wine cooler broken- we were told repairs will be made on Monday. No repaires we’re made during our stay - as they were listed as amenities. Porch/deck furniture- one rocking chair broken, pads on chairs & sofa stained. Dining room chair had a broken leg. We did not use. Good maintenance check after each rental would definitely help with these issues.

Don’t Let the Poor Management Group Ruin Your Stay

The property is immaculate! The building and property are well kept and this property is very very nice! The location and the beach are wonderful. The parking situation is not the best. There is only room for one vehicle on the site and they only allow two per unit. We had to park down and across the street in a non lighted lot. Even though there were very few vehicles in the lot, three including ours for a lot that could hold 30, they made a big deal out of having a pass and only allowing two vehicles total for the stay. That means we would have had to find another place to park or go home. They simply did not care what we would have to do with our third vehicle. The maintenance man came up with a third pass to avoid us having to leave because of the poor communication and non flexibility of the Southern Vacations managers. Once again someone with the ability to think saves the educated idiots running the show.
