This was an excellent stay! The host was responsive, the place was clean and comfortable, and the location was good. It was just as advertised, and our family would recommend this rental to others and/or would stay there again.

The property was very clean and had everything you need for a week on the beach. There were beach chairs and an umbrella. On the beach there was a rental place for chairs and umbrellas if you wanted to go that route. The property was less than a block from 5-6 bar restaurants and if you wanted to walk just a bit more you would double that number. Location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. We had a couple of cloudy days but the patio was a life saver. We sat there and watched the waves. No need to be on the beach.

I do not usually share reviews and I will say our stay was a 10/10. The condo was clean, had everything we needed including the beach gear, a great location and beautiful sunrises. We usually don’t go back to locations but this time, we may be a return customer.

This was a beautiful condo with an ocean view that is perfect for the sunrises! Our family had a truly amazing time enjoying all the condo provided. The beds were all comfortable. Very clean and well stocked. Walking distance to right downtown. Beach chairs and toys available. Deanne was a wonderful host! We plan to return!

We enjoyed the location. We used the beach chairs, boogie boards, and balcony! Beautiful views and close to everything. The rental place is clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Short drive to many more plus Cape Canaveral. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Beach Retreat

We loved staying at this condo in Cocoa Beach. We loved watching the sunrise while drinking our coffee eveey morning. It waw decorated so cute and had everything we needed.
