This single-family waterfront home on the Presumpscot River is available for immediate weekly or monthly stays and offers 700 feet of private water frontage with stunning views from every room. Designed for comfort and convenience, the home features air-conditioned rooms, an open-concept floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee station and wine cooler, a smart TV, and a spacious first-floor primary suite with laundry. Guests will also appreciate the private office with a separate entrance, a basement game room, a fenced-in backyard, beautiful perennial gardens, off-street parking, and outdoor patio seating around a wood-burning SOLO stove—all located on a quiet dead-end street in a peaceful neighborhood setting. Step outside to enjoy unmatched privacy: walk the riverbank at low tide, watch birds of prey overhead, fish for migrating stripers, or paddle a kayak straight from the property. The home includes three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, offering a queen bed in the primary suite, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a full bed, twin bed, and pull-out trundle in the third bedroom. Conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and downtown Portland, this well-appointed retreat provides endless opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Pets are negotiable.

Fantastic place in a great location. We were in town for the Maine marathon and this house was perfeclty located with easy access to everything we had to do. The rooms are very spacious and the outdoor space was amazing to “wine down” after a long day of running. Would highly recommend!

Family Trip

Another excellent stay

Beautiful property within easy driving distance of Portland and its great restaurants. We liked the house so much when we stayed in June that we came back a few months later and were certainly not disappointed.

Summer vacation with 3 boys

The house was beautiful, the view of the river was lovely, and our 3 boys loved the backyard and exploring the water access area. It was very centrally located to Portland and an easy drive to get everywhere. We also appreciated Nick's emailed list of suggested restaurants and activities and used some of his suggestions which was great as we had never been to the area before. We would definitely stay again!

Beautifully situated!

The house was very comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. Our kids enjoyed the variety of games in the basement and it was nice to have multiple beds upstairs so everyone could be comfortable.

Great location for a Girls' Weekend stay

Our group of 6 women had a terrific time at this property. Nick and Jenna were very helpful hosts, giving us lots of local recommendations, and responding quickly when we had questions. We'd definitely recommend this home for other groups!

Such a nice place...

Nick and Jenna's home is a wonderful spot to get away to. The space is comfortable and welcoming, beautifully decorated, and has a lovely outdoor area overlooking the tidal river. Comfy beds, comfy sofa, and delicious chocolates await your arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property, Great Hosts

Nick and Jenna were exceptional hosts from before we even arrived. Their house was beautiful down to the details and the location/property was amazing. Its a very short drive to all things downtown Portland. Highly recommend, we hope to return again!

Stunning Stay

This house is perfect for quiet retreat in beautiful Maine. The house is close to anywhere you'd like to visit, but perfectly tucked away for relaxation. The house is exactly as described, beautifully decorated with all the amenities you may need. Nick and Jenna were very responsive and provided all the details needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again next time.
