This 5,000 sq. ft. villa in the Mar Vista community is just minutes from Playa Flamingo, Flamingo Marina, and other stunning beaches like Playa Potrero and Playa Conchal. It’s less than an hour from Liberia’s international airport, making it easily accessible.
This villa boasts 5 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, including a private apartment. The open-concept kitchen and living area lead out to a large terrace with a fire pit, outdoor dining, and a BBQ. Wall-to-wall sliding doors offer seamless indoor-outdoor living, with stunning views of the infinity pool and the Pacific Ocean.
The master suite, located on the upper floor, features two private balconies with ocean views, a soaking tub, and a spacious integrated bathroom. Downstairs, there are two more ocean-view bedrooms, plus a family-friendly room with additional single beds. The apartment has its own kitchenette and living area with a queen-size pull-out sofa bed.
Modern amenities include A/C throughout, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a washer/dryer, lockboxes, and a security system. Enjoy luxury finishings like travertine pool decking, hand-crafted wooden furniture, and custom art by local artisans.
