Esta encantadora casa junto al mar fue diseñada para maximizar la privacidad y la seguridad sin comprometer sus vistas al atardecer y al Océano Pacífico.



Conocida simplemente como «LOT FOUR», la residencia fue construida con considerable atención a los detalles y utilizando los mejores materiales de construcción disponibles. El LOT FOUR se encuentra sobre las arenas blancas de Playa Flamingo; lo suficientemente cerca como para que se escuchen las olas desde todas las habitaciones; la playa de abajo solo requiere un corto trayecto en automóvil o varios minutos a pie por una carretera pavimentada. Esta lujosa casa de 5 dormitorios, 4 baños completos y 2 baños de medio baño tiene increíbles vistas al mar desde todas las habitaciones, y es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de su tiempo en Playa Flamingo. El último piso de la casa, con su bar con fregadero al aire libre, es ideal para entretener a un grupo grande o, por el contrario, brinda un lugar perfecto para la soledad en el jacuzzi, con la puesta de sol como única compañía.



Los precios del alquiler incluyen los servicios de limpieza los lunes, miércoles y viernes, así como un servicio único de recogida desde el aeropuerto de Liberia. Can anyone say "perfect vacay"?

What a great place! Spectacular views! Sunbathing in privac, by the pool or the rooftop spa tub, with the sound of birds chirping and the crash of the waves in the distance...or just a short walk to the soft sand beach of Playa Flamingo to sunbathe and take a dip in the perfect temperature ocean water! That and Margaritaville across the street from the beach for happy hour! What a wonderful relaxing vacation!

"Wow" was the first word our family each said as we opened the simple black door to the third floor of this stunning 3 story home. Each of the 5 bedrooms had a view. William and Indira were sweet caretakers, and Indira's CostaRican dinner is a must. For me personally, the elevator was a true necessity, This is beautiful house perched on the side of a hill.

Great family get away

Magnificent views, great pool & hot tub, all bedrooms with ensuite or bathroom close by, well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend a golf cart for getting around - it gave us the freedom to get around without worrying about whether the little kids could manage the walk. Beach was extraordinary, wonderful restaurants, ice cream parlours. Thanks extended to Brian, William, Indira.

Lot Four is a beautiful home with gorgeous views. It worked perfectly for our family of 8. I highly recommend renting the golf carts because while the town and beach are within walking distance, the hills are not something I would want to tackle just to run to the store :-)

Our family recently had the pleasure of spending a week at Lot 4 in Playa Flamingo. The house was truly everything we could have hoped for, providing a spacious and relaxing environment for all of us to enjoy. The breathtaking views added an extra touch of beauty to our stay, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing.

Impeccable maintained property

Large house with complete privacy for members of a large family. Impeccable cleanness of the rooms, kitchen, pool and the entire property. Easy access to the beach and to restaurants and supermarket. Golf cart is highly recommended. Caretakers are superb people. Communication with the owner was a delight. Highly recommend property

Amazing

My family and I (a total of eight of us), stayed at Lot 4 in Playa Flamingo for a week, there’s no other way to say it other than the property and the staff are amazing. The property is exactly as described, and even better. The views are phenomenal, the rooms are spacious and our concierge Brian was a true professional. Property manager Willys attention to maintaining the property is exceptional. I cannot say enough about what a lovely time we had and how beautiful this property is!!!

Beautiful place

Beautiful house and pool. Wonderful caretaker that is super nice. FYIs: many of the walkways between rooms are outdoor. It is about 10 min walk to beach but down/up a decent hill so if you aren’t into hiking you may want to drive places or rent golf cart. They have a lot of towels to use, laundry machines and soap, and kitchen basics. They had a couple of pool floaties as well. We had a great time!

Too much to say. The property was as advertised. Very nice. Very clean. Very safe. Perfect location to beech, shops, restaurants. We had a weather delay coming in, and received a call from owner, Michael, trying to reschedule his stay to extend ours. He has Brian and William who will literally take care of anything you may need. Brian was in contact with us months ahead of our stay. Easy button for CR.

Beautiful property. Plenty of room for the eight of us to spread out and have our own space. Rooms were well appointed and property was tastefully decorated. Everything worked well. William, the guy Friday, and his wife took great care of the home with 3 days of cleaning during our stay. Probably only needed one as we washed clothes and towels ourselves. The view was fantastic and the property was close to all places we visited. It was great for all even though we were aged 5-70. There is a steep hill leading to the non desert entry which opens to a beautiful residence. Not one complaint, only praise for the home and location. 5 stars without hesitation. Thank you to the host and the owner.

Spectacular

A group of 8 enjoyed our spectacular vacation at Lot Four. First, having Bryan pick us up at the airport, arrange for excursions such as zip lining, ATV's, golf cart rentals, Catamaran cruise, deep sea fishing, etc, was a HUGE bonus. Just to have one person to go to for help and questions related to the house and things to do was very helpful. Bryan was so pleasant and helpful and we appreciated this resource. Then to have William and Indira as the house manager and housekeeper were over the top amenities. William would come every day and clean the pool, check the house and take care of unexpected needs, (such as replacing a propane tank), even after hours. Indira was super sweet and kept the house in tip top shape. We even hired her one day, to make us breakfast and her omelets were amazing! Now, the house itself. Just WOW was our first impression. We had enough room for the four couples to hang out and play games, yet still get away to our own rooms and own bathrooms and have a bit of privacy. The best thing about the house were the views from the top floor, but the saving grace was the pool. When all eight of us were in the pool, there was still plenty of room to swim or float. Its definitely not a small pool. The hot tub was an added bonus. The house was clean and well stocked with most anything that we could need. We appreciated all the outdoor furniture, as we did spend a lot of time outside. We would def book here again! Top Notch Spectacular!

Holy. Cow!

This house is the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed!!! Brought the whole family for a full family getaway and this place was perfect! Let’s start with the rooms spread out, so the adults and kids have space between them. 2, no, call it 3 suites are awesome for couples, and the other two rooms were perfect for the kids. Kitchen area has tons of room for breakfast, lunch, and full family dinners. Has everything you would ever need to cook anything you could want to eat. Outside, the patio and pool area have sun when you want it and shade when you need it! Speaking of the pool, it is amazing also! Rafts to hang out on and the waterfall wall makes it just perfect! Recommend to bring a Bluetooth speaker to play your favorite tunes! Now the location and views! Every sunset was perfect from the top deck with the hot tub and bar! You have perfect views of Flamingo Beach and the Pacific Ocean! From the house by golf carts you have access to everything. In 30 seconds you have food, drinks, groceries, and shopping. The marina is less than 5 min away and every excursion you could ever want to do leaves right from there! And the best part of the house are the people that are there to assist you with anything you could need. William is there every day to make sure the beautiful pool is perfect for your day. And Brian will take care of everything outside of the house! I recommend it fully and you’ll never stay at a better place for the buck! Hope the review is something you can use to promote the place! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We had a great time. Bryan is truly a gem, he was an incredible resource to us while we were in CR! We couldn’t have asked for a more gracious and knowledgeable concierge. He satisfied every question and inquiry we had. Did we mention he is a GEM!!! The home and property was beautiful it exceeded all our dreams. William and Endora maintain the home to perfection. We loved our stay and your staff truly took it over the top. 5 stars.

Wonderful!

What a wonderful home! We truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend renting golf carts :-) Everywhere is walkable, but the hills could be intimidating if you aren't in great shape. Loved having the option of both the pool and the beach.

Wonderful vacation

It was a great place with lots of space for us 6 adults and 2 children. The view was extraordinary! The pool was perfect. It was not too bad of a walk to beach but a golf cart rental would be a great idea! William and Bryan were amazing! I would highly recommend it!

Amazing view

The house was spacious and accommodated ten people well. The views from the top floor jacuzzi area were breathtaking. From that vantage point you couldo see amazing sunsets. The beach is a short, steep walk down the hill. We rented a golf cart which made it easy to get to and from the beach. It is best to arrange car and golf cart rentals prior to your visit because the supply was limited.

In a word…spectacular!

Our group of seven (three couples and one single) spent a week at Casa Lot Four in February 2022. After clearing immigration and customs in Liberia we were greeted by Brian, the property concierge. He whisked us and our bags off to the house immediately. He was very patient and kind, as we had to pick up a rental car along the way. We arrived at the house and were thrilled with the accommodations. When you enter the home you see the amazing rooftop view of the Pacific. You then descend into the rest of the home. There is one bedroom on the rooftop level and four on level two. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms while two share a bathroom. On the first level of the home, you will find the well appointed kitchen, living room and pool deck. The pool is glorious. Quite large with big steps for lounging in the hot Costa Rican sun. One of the best parts about renting this home was the wonderful caretaker - William. He helped with bags, unloading groceries, cleaned the pool daily, ensured that everything was in good working order and was extremely helpful by making sure we could find everything. He recommend some great beaches and even helped me practice my Spanish. He truly made our visit special! Also of note was the help we received from Arturo at Tropical Homes of Costa Rica. We sent some packages through the mail and he kept them safe and brought them to the house so that they were there when we arrived. We appreciated that so much! We hope to return to this idyllic rental for a vacation in the future.

Un encierro con vista

Visitamos la propiedad, justo con la aparición de la nueva variante de Covid, lo cual vino a confirmar nuestros planes, rentar una casa hermosa, cómoda de la cual no tuviéramos que salir. La casa es preciosa tal como se ve en las fotos, con una vista espectacular y tal como la describen es un espacio personal, amueblada y equipada al gusto del dueño con muchos mas utensilios de los que por lo general se encuentran. Como en toda casa un par de cosas no funcionaban pero William el encargado estuvo mas que pronto y dispuesto a atender nuestras solicitudes, definitivamente volveríamos, pasamos unos excelentes días con atardeceres maravillosos desde el jacuzzi.
