You can`t get much closer to living near ASU than this property! Small complex of 12 units with pool. Furnished and recently remodeled in this quiet complex. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 full baths. New flooring throughout/no carpeting, stainless steel appliances, newer full size washer & dryer. Included are two designated parking spots(one covered)

The host has equipped this place for long stays - wifi, washer, and dryer included.

Entire unit- bottom floor unit.

Enjoyed my stay here; it's clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities a traveler needs. Great communication with the owner, and very good value for the price. Highly recommend!

Month long trip

Michelle was the point of contact for this Month long stay in Tempe. Not only did she go above and beyond for any needs and everything was always a quick response. The condo was provided with so many extras of some fresh fruit, bottle of wine with some chocolates, throw blankets to cosy up on the sofa at night were well appreciated. Top notch ! The condo was very clean, also very convenient to the downtown area. Lots of restaurants, grocery store all within walking distance. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The only downside I would say, is you cannot access the pool through the patio. We had full access but you just had to walk around the building to get into the pool area. This is no fault of the condo ,as it is due to the requirements of Tempe. You will not be disappointed in your say at this location. Thank you Michelle for our wonderful trip to Tempe !

Purchased as investment/rental property. Both of our kids used while attending ASU

What makes this property unique

Can't get any closer to ASU., light rail, shopping, etc. location... location... location!

Community pool but not heated. Access to pool is no longer from patio area but via back gates near parking.

* This location may not be a good fit for folks escaping the cold wintery weather for a few months- please call me to discuss.
