The 80 sq. meter vacation apartment situated nearby Schloss Schoenbrunn (the famous castle with the park and the zoological garden) has over 3 rooms with a total of 5 beds, a centrally accessible entrance room, a completely equipped kitchen with a seating area, a bath and a separate WC. This vacation apartment is in no way comparable to a tiny hotel room.. A highchair and a cot are available for small children as well as a work place with internet access for business travelers. 2 Cable-TV units as well as a HiFi-system are also available.
By means of the subway-station near at hand you will get to the centre in 15 minutes. In front of the apartment you'll find no-charge public parking lots.

A lovely home from home

The apartment is well located, in a quiet neighbourhood close to the subway, just a short ride from the city centre. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and the facilities are excellent. There are shops for provisions within walking distance. For us, the apartment was a home from home, somewhere where we enjoyed to return to after a busy day sightseeing.

Wir wurden von Herrn Süss direkt in der Wohnung sehr nett empfangen. Diese ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet, uns fehlte es an nichts. Der Supermarkt ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, auch zur U-Bahn ist es ein Katzensprung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist top mit viel Platz, gut ausgestattet und in einer ruhigen Lage.Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, der uns gute Tipps zum Abstellen dea Autos (PR zwei U-Bahn Stationen entfernt mit reduzieetem Wochenpreis) und Wochentickets für die U-Bahn (eine sehr gute Anbindung an die Stadt).Sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne Wohnung im 13. Bezirk

Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig im 13. Bezirk von Wien gelegen. Fussläufig sind Lebensmittelläden, Drogerien und Discounter sowie die U-Bahn und die Straßenbahn erreichbar. Bis nach Mitternacht besteht die Möglichkeit unterwegs zu sein, innerhalb von 30 Minuten ist man im Zentrum Wiens.Die Wohnung selbst liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Sie ist grosszügig geschnitten, gut eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und gut erhalten. Der Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Bewohner des Hauses waren in der Nacht stellenweise sehr laut, ansonsten hat man diese kaum mitbekommen.Parken ist aufgrund der aktuellen Bauarbeiten sehr schwierig, wir haben die Wagen in Otterkring ins Parkhaus gestellt. Wenn man im Vorfeld einen Dauerparkplatz mietet, kann man das Auto für knapp 23 die Woche parken, 4,80 kostet es pro 24 Stunden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war echt klasse und der Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Lage der Wohnung war auch für uns perfekt, ruhige Lage und doch schnell durch die U-Bahn zentral. Wie würde die Wohnung sofort wieder mieten.

Schöne Wohnung

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist gut eingerichtet,es fehlt an nichts. Jeweils 5 Min. Von U-bahn und Straßenbahn entfernt in einem guten ruhigen Wiener Viertel. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls in 5 Min. Umkreis erreichbar. Parken am besten im PR Hüttelsdorf (sehr günstig) und von dort mit der U-Bahn direkt zur Wohnung. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Es war eine sehr schöne und saubere Erdgeschoss Wohnung am Rande der Innenstadt mit sehr guter U-Bahn Anbindung in einer ruhigen schönen Wohngegend Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war auch sehr gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Bei wärmeren Wetter lässt sich auch ein schöner Garten nutzen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dieser war auch telefonisch gut erreichbar. Super

Christian nous a accueilli très tard avec le sourire et nous a fait visiter comme il se doit le logement. Celui-ci était facile d'accès à deux pas du métro à qques arrêts du centre de Vienne. Le logement était superbe. Propreté, espace et surtout, il y avait toutes les petites choses du quotidien pour bien être chez soi. On a passé un excellent moment en famille, on recommande vivement ce logement !
