Bonjour, Je suis sincèrement surpris par votre commentaire, qui ne reflète en rien la réalité de votre séjour. Tout d'abord, contrairement à ce que vous avancez, vous n'étiez pas présents au rendez-vous fixé à 16h pour la remise des clés, comme cela était convenu. C'est un membre de votre famille qui s'est présenté à 19h. Lors de l'état des lieux d'entrée, cette personne n'a formulé aucune remarque concernant la propreté du logement, qui avait été préparé avec le plus grand soin, comme nous le faisons systématiquement. Je tiens à rappeler que nous louons cet appartement depuis deux ans et que nous avons toujours eu à cœur de livrer un logement propre et accueillant. De plus, je loue également une maison à Font-Romeu de puis près de 10 ans avec d'excellents retours, ce qui témoigne de notre sérieux et de notre engagement. Concernant le linge de maison : comme précisé dans l'annonce, cela comprend la literie (draps et traversins). Il n'a jamais été indiqué que des serviettes de bains étaient fournis. Il ne s'agit pas d'un service hôteliers, mais d'une location saisonnière conforme aux standards du site. Enfin je me permet de signaler que vous avez quitté l'appartement en laissant de la vaisselle non faite et un logement dans un état de propreté discutable, ce qui est regrettable. Je respecte le droit de chacun à donner un avis, mais je ne peux accepter des remarques infondées qui ne reflètent ni l'état du logement ni le sérieux avec lequel nous accueillons nos locataires.
