2 bedroom guest house 5 min to Miami Beach

Elle and friend were amazing guests, following the rules, leave the guests house impecable and surprised me with a bottle of wine with special note as gratitud , I will recommend Elle to any host, and in the future i will be soo happy if i will host them aqain!!!

Chris and Wife were excellent guest, communication was fast and they left the place tidy and impeccable!!! I will definitely recommend them to any host and I will be delighted to have them again in the future!

Daniel and his friends group were lovely, complementing how beautiful the house is and they were taking good care of the house the same way! They left the place tidy organized and clean, the communication was perfect ! I will recommend them to any host!

Karina and friends were very respectful of the rules, specially the one of being quiet when coming late at night and not disturbing the neighbors, specially this weekend with the Ultra music festival, they also left the house super clean and tidy!

Is a Shame Ariana and her family had bad experience, if you check all the reviews, the 95% are mostly people with fantastic reviews about the property, the location, the cleaning, the decor and me as a super attentive host, they even sometimes left me gifts and flowers as gratitude. The cleanliness is always my number one priority Ariana and is always the same process of cleaning protocol, and specially that day was longer and deep detailed because the cleaning crew had more time specially the fact your parents were arriving from France at 9pm like you previously said, sorry they arrived at 8:30 and i was checking the property for the last details and I didn’t have the phone with me, I think that detail set the tone for the rest of the time during the vacation for them. I never had complains for any noise of the air conditioning, I will check on that also about the dishes amount , I was thinking my inventory was good enough: 6 bowls, 7 big plates, 4 small ones, 6 mugs, 6 cups, 4 wine glasses, pans, and several silverware, and if some one needs more stuff for special dinners, am always one phone call away even when am traveling and my guest always point that on the reviews, but like I said I will check on that too. the guest house fits 5 people, sometimes even 6, but for the exception of the king size bed for 2 people, the rest is always single beds or couch , I will also make sure people understand the set up on the specifications and description, thank you for pointing that, sorry about the ants, I can’t control sometimes the nature and it was the unusual cold weather in Miami that unfortunately in a house is impossible to predict ants coming in, any ways Ariana, from my part I didn’t have any complaints with you guys as guests, I hope the Bottle of wine with the treats I always put for my guest as part of a “welcome kit” and the $400 dollars discount for the last minute promotion I had on when you booked the reservation, maked up and was worth it for all you put on! 🩷

Ericka and her beautiful family was amazing, super clean and polite , I will love to have them as guest in the future!

Ben and his entire family were very charming, they have a cute dog and cat also very friendly too, living the house impeccable , it will be my pleasure to host them again in the future!
