Recovery Oasis

From booking to check-in the communication was great. There was a little issue with the front door automatic lock, but the host corrected the issue immediately! I waa so relieved! The house was very cleana and I left it that way. There was awasher and dryer on site which was amazing. The stay was amazing. There was a bonus in the backyard! A mango tree, avocado tree and iguanas! I will be back to Miami and I hope this house is avaliable for my next trip!

Home was lovely,some issues with low flow toilet. On busy street. Hard to backout of driveway due to traffic.

Great communication with the host and was located perfectly for where we wanted to go. Wonderful to have the veranda in back outside!

Worst VRBO rental ever. NOT as advertised

One month rental, we were ready to leave on day 2. Listed amenities did not exist. Thing broken, hostile host. Mold.windows sealed shut. Complaints to Vrbo were not addressed. Promise of returned money didn’t happen. Photos of property were NOT what we found. Not near beaches. Not in desirable neighborhood. This property should not be listed by VRBO.left 2 weeks early.

Great Weekend Stay!

This was a perfect spot for a weekend stay! Lots of room and stocked Kitchen. The remote to living room is tricky - but doable. It would be helpful it there was an info sheet. Many of the VRBO's we stay at provide all the contact info, Wi-Fi, check-out, restaurants in area, etc. That being said, our Property manager, Joe, was so easy to get a hold of and helpful.

Attending Wedding in Coconut Grove

The unit is located on a busy street, but has convenient access to major roads. But noise inside was not a problem. At the Miami airport I realized I had not received any advance welcome emails prior to arrival, to advise the lock access code. I was concerned that perhaps my payment had not processed. The VRBO website had no info about it. I had to call the owner for the code. Usually when staying at VRBO places there is an info packet with the Wi-Fi password, instructions on how to use the tv’s, general area info and let us know if you need anything. This place does not have that. I had to text the owner again, but he responded. It was clean and did not see any bugs. The kitchen was updated. There is a coffee maker and not a Keurig, so bring your own ground coffee. There are some signs of wear and tear in the bathrooms and bedrooms, but not terrible. The pictures on the VRBO website are not updated. The living room has a dark gray sectional sofa, instead of the beige sofa and chairs, which was fine. But it could really use a coffee table and lamp. The only light in the living room area was from the kitchen. The 3 tvs had different channel accesses and was confusing. Instead of brown sofas off the kitchen in the pictures, there is a dining table and chairs which is much better. If doing laundry, bring your own detergent, there is none. There was not a hairdryer, but he had one delivered quickly. Overall it was a good stay, but info/communication could be better.

Good south Miami location, close to airport, parks and Little Havana

The house is in need of some updating and maintenance. I reached out to the owner/manager to inform of cabinet door damage. Three cabinets had loose doors. There is obvious water damage, especially in the bathroom and with the sink cabinet. Both cabinet and paint peeling from previous water damage. There are three TV's in the house. The TV in the main living room stopped working during our stay. We are unsure as to why. We attempted to change out remote battery, that did not solve the problem. Address numbers are the same color at the house, very difficult to know you are at the correct location if arriving after dark.

2 Week Stay

This was such an excellent home for our two-week stay. It was very similar to the listing and had all the necessary amenities. It is extremely close to Dixie Highway which makes it super connected to all of Miami! The parking in the driveway was great but it is on a busy street so don't plan to street park in addition to the driveway. Overall it was a great stay that I would highly recommend!

Spacious, comfy & quiet

Clean and fresh kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable bedding made for good rest between our Miami adventures. Really nice to have the breakfast bar and dining table options, in addition to multiple ways to make and enjoy morning coffee.

Great local spot!

Great location and has mostly everything you need. Beautiful backyard area with beautiful rooms and lots of space for many guests. We do wish there were more materials like dish soap. But nonetheless, it was a great stay. The TV was also hard to use in the living room. It would be nice to have instructions.

Great little house

We arrived but had a challenging time getting the key code through the app. Ended going out to eat while that got sorted. The house was great. Good kitchen with all the cooking utensils. Wish the house came with dishwashing soap. Took a while to get the code for the wifi and could never get the living room TV to work. the beds were not comfortable but we were so tired each day that we made do. All things considered, I think it was bit pricey but just good enough.
