It is located on the ground floor of a high-end building with its own garage for the use of visitors. In the living room, which opens onto the terrace and the garden, there is a 2-seater leather reclining sofa and a swivel armchair as well as a red leather rocking chair. On the terrace there are 2 "sun loungers" and 2 "relax" chairs as well as a metal table with 4 dining chairs for use on the terrace or on the lawn. The 47 m2 terrace faces the 50 m2 enclosed garden. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV, and the second bedroom has a desk and 2 adulte size single beds. The bathroom has a shower and sink. The toilet and bathroom are combined.
