Ocean & Large Pool Facing Beautiful Condo on 3rd floor with same floor parking

This unit is in Shores of Panama Resort, beach front unit on 3rd Floor. Easy to walk up stairs and no need to wait for elevators. Reserved parking spot on same floor and very close to the unit. Fitness Center, Trash Chute, Elevators and Stairs are right next to the unit. Must be 25 yr old to rent. Unit comfortably accommodates 4 adults (bedroom + 2 additional twin beds in living area) and 2 kids (Bunk Bed) in separate room. Unit has Washer/Dryer, Cooktop, Refrigerator, Oven, Dishwasher and all the utensils . Bring your favorite Kcups for Coffee in the morning while sitting on Patio overlooking the pool and ocean.
Condo has Ring Doorbell with camera outside the unit and has Ring security installed in the unit, Ring security inside does not have any cameras inside the unit.
There is additional $85 Resort Fee (For Wrist bands and Parking Pass) to be paid on arrival (not included in your payment).

Host was always available to return any and all text I sent to him. The condo is right next to the elevator. And d being on the 3rd floor the elevator was never an issue. The view was excellent over all it was a great trip well satisfied.

We were in the area for a baseball tournament, and of all the places we have stayed for baseball this condo far surpassed our expectations - especially for the price, cleanliness, and great communication from the host. We would definitely stay here again!

Really good spot for a couple get away. Host seems to be reactive to issues as our first night we noticed the master bed squeaked. His previous guest had complained of it so he had new box springs put in while we were there. Problem solved! Seems to be an older building so walking to the condo I was like “ . I’m afraid of what the room will look like.” But it was good. It was clean enough. I haven’t stayed in one that really deep cleans yet. Pool was great, access to the beach was great too!

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend our host and his condo. Enjoyed the pools, the beautiful beach, all the area restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked, if you wanted to cook! Host was most accommodating and very responsive. Parking garage was sort of crazy, but that is really no one’s fault, just the way it was built! Would definitely like to come back again!

Great communication with the owner. Check in was easy. Condo could definitely use some upgrades, fresh coat of paint and repairs. The bed needs to be replaced as the mattress is hard and every time you turned over it made a noise. The bunkbed was broke. The oven takes a while to heat to the correct temperature. The complex its self needs upgrading. The emergency alarms went off twice and we had to walk down the stairs for it just to be false alarms. If the palm tree in front of the balcony was lower the view would be better. Overall if you are there for the beach and pool it is great. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great.

Thanks for your feedback. We would love to have you back here again. We have already planned replacing the bed immediately. Also other fixes in next 2-4 weeks. All these are because of wear and tear during the season and many guests staying. Cheers!

You can't beat the view. This was our first time at PCB and staying at a large resort, so the check in process was different for us. The 3rd floor location is idea for this area. The view was amazing. I was concerned about slow elevators, but they were prompt, very little rating. I like my feet in the sand, but the pool is wonderful. We would stay again.

The location of the property is great! We loved that it is right in front of the beach, and the pool was amazing. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the building needs some attention. Some areas look deteriorated, there was trash in the parking lot, and the hallways looked very dirty.The parking lot was also very tight and narrow, which made it difficult to drive and maneuver, especially because we had a pickup truck.We also had an issue with the check-in and cleanliness. It was already past 4:00 PM when we arrived, and the cleaning lady was still in the room and had not finished. She still needed to mop the floors, which was disappointing after traveling and expecting the room to be ready.Another major issue was the bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable and made a horrible noise every time we moved. I definitely recommend that the host replace the mattress.Overall, the location, beach access, and pool are great, but the property and room need more attention and maintenance to provide a better experience for guests.

We had such a great time here! Our little family of four enjoyed the condo, as well as the pool & beach. The pool was a little cold if you come late March as it’s not heated (the pool and outside landscaping is AMAZING) but we would usually do the beach first, and then go to the pool after it’s been in the sun for a little. The elevators can take a little, but this unit is on the third floor, so it’s easy to quickly head down or up the stairs. The parking was super convenient and we loved being able to walk right out to the elevators to head down for the day.Rahul’s communication was very thorough and he was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Nice resort, right on the beach. Condo was nice and had everything you need. Would recommend.

I booked for four nights, easy booking and got a good rate. Condo was clean and nice, location was good right on the beach. Would definitely book again.

Our stay went very well! Loved being on the 3rd floor. He even let us stay an extra day for a little less.
