Sunset View! This beautiful condo is in an unbeatable location! This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo has been updated with your comfort in mind. The unit is located on the 5th floor and has a dedicated 5th floor parking space! No fighting elevators with your luggage! You can wake up and walk out to the balcony from the master bedroom.
With parking on the same floor, you only have to use the elevators for the beach and pools!
**Balcony will be closed 10/31/25 to 2/21/26 for construction. DISCOUNTED RATES**

-$97.20 registration fee payable online prior to check in. This includes 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. This is a 1 time fee and covers your entire stay.
-Lagoon style pool, with kiddie area
-Indoor and outdoor hot tubs
-Indoor seasonally heated pool
-Fitness center
-Poolside grill, Tiki style cocktail bar
-Private beach access

This unit also has it's own same floor parking space, making it easy to park and begin your vacation. This unit does come with 2 parking passes, however parking for a 2nd vehicle could be limited, and you may have to use one of the City's overflow parking lots.
We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.
**Registered guests must be over the age of 21 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.** No smoking in the unti. No pets.

The unit is self check in with unique code issued to each guest. Dedicated, same floor parking space. No elevator to get to unit!

I am easily reachable through the messaging system, and my phone number is available for emergency situations.

Shores of Panama is centrally located to numerous attractions, shopping, and great restaurants!

It is easy to walk to many attractions and shopping.
Beach Boys taxi service is great for not wanting to use the car!

Wonderful family vacation

Great location, convenient to shopping and restaurants. The pool was amazing for kids. The condo had everything you needed for a great family vacation. Would definitely recommend for your next trip to PCB

The pool was fantastic and temperature of the water just right for cooling down on a hot day. Sands of the beach were white and powder fine, and the Gulf water was warm for swimming. You can go out quite far in the surf as it is shallow and clear.

Nice place, great location & amenities

We enjoyed our stay...the only real complaint was that there were no wristbands in our room to get to/from the beach and our stay was too short to really look into a solution.

Wonderful location

We have stayed at The Shores of Panama several times. This condo was very clean! The check in process was extremely easy. Communication was great, and always quick! Sad to leave!

Shores of Panama

The location and view were amazing! There are a lot of convenient amenities on property, everything you need is within walking distance. The property is very strict when it comes to wrist bands and they charge way too much to obtain them or replace them. The condo it’s self is nice and very comfortably slept 8 people. The beds were comfy and the place overall is very aesthetic. My only real complaint is I seen 2 roaches my first day there. With as many people that stay at Shores of Panama they need to stay on top of roach prevention.

Awesome Room

Everything about our room was perfect! I definitely recommend room 523! Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Nikki was wonderful and quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience

Overall the stay was great! Beach access was easy, pool access the same, and restaurants and shops all within walking distance. There were a few minor hiccups that were promptly corrected by the property manager. Her communication made they whole experience better.

Beautiful pool, breathtaking sunset and overall location

Hands down on of my favorite condos so far in PCB. The balcony looks over the beautiful pool, out looks the beach. The sunset is beautiful from the balcony. Just so relaxing. Very nice condo!! Will rent again.

Beautiful Place Right Where You Want To Be In PCB!

Me and 7 friends stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved the location and place in total. Super convenient being next to Pineapple Willy’s and was the central location for most of the activities along the beach of Panama City Beach. Beautiful view of the beach with a very large balcony and easy access to the very large pool area which had a full bar and short menu item food hut. Owner was very responsive and respectful towards us and would love to stay here again. Couldn’t have been happier with our choice to book here.

July 4th week

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly like stated. We got to check in early and the owner was very easy to communicate with. The resort was very busy but was expected during the week of July 4th.

This condo was just as described! Niki was so helpful and answered every question I asked before and during our stay. The check in process was beyond easy and seamless, the pool and hot tub were beautiful, the condo was fully stocked with dishes and towels, etc. The beads were comfy and the view was amazing. It was a great place for a family getaway!

Overall good experience. Unit was clean and accommodating. Check-in and out process was simple. Same floor parking was great although tight parking garage. Elevators were clean and fast but can have some wait time turning peak hours. Nice place and we would stay again.

Third time here. Room was great. Resort always a good time. I’ll just never go the week the kids graduate. 100s of 18 year olds partying every night til 4 am.

Great short familu vacation

Property was great! Love the decor of the place. Pool is great! Only thing i would update the tv's in the condo. We couldnt really watch anything but slide show of information. Would have been nice to watch something at night when coming in to wind down.

Spring Break 2025

Overall we had a good time. The host had great communication and was very prompt with responding. Unfortunately the unit was quite dirty and more run down than the pictures show. We also had an issue with a neighboring unit having the fire alarm sounding for three days and nights of our six day stay. Also this resort is more on the southwest end of town and it seems from our previous stay in Panama City Beach two years ago that this end of town is louder with a more party atmosphere.

Family Summer Trip 2023

We’ve stayed at the same place in PCB for 15 years. We decided this year we wanted to try something different and something bigger!! The condo met all of our expectations and we will definitely be returning. It was very clean, spacious and we loved cooking and hanging out on the beautiful balcony at night. Niki (property manager) was very efficient and responsive to any questions we had. If you’re thinking of staying at Shores of Panama you will not be disappointed with this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Family friendly

Condo was big! And glad there was no glass tables! Cleaning crew not that great, but if your like me I clean everything and mop. 😝 our Host was amazing! We had an issue with the code and fridge and she jumped on it and got it fix! Customer Service 100% Kitchen had everything you needed. Even a crock pot! Which I love! Plenty of cook ware. Over all it was a great unit and enjoyed our stay Thank you!
