This condo has been fully renovated and tastefully decorated for your comfort and enjoyment. This spacious 1-bedroom condo has 500 sq ft of living space & a lanai of 120 sq ft. Relax on the cooler side of the building and enjoy the tropical breezes from the mountain. There is a split AC unit to cool down the condo on the warm summer nights.

***Construction Notice: Exterior spall repair and painting work is currently scheduled from 7/27/2026 - 8/7/2026. During this time, the lanai will be closed and inaccessible. Lanai furniture will be stored inside the unit for the duration of the work. Guests may experience some construction-related noise during scheduled work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Project schedules and work activities are subject to change. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. The overall building project is currently anticipated to be completed in April 2027.

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Gym access is available through the hotel - daily, weekly and monthly rates are available. Please inquire with the hotel's front desk for more information.

Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours.
