Wir renovieren für Sie. Unsere Villa Strandblick ist wegen Renovierungsarbeiten bis zum 15.12.2019 geschlossen. Buchungen nach dem 15.12.2019 nehmen wir gern jederzeit entgegen. Im bekanntesten und beliebtesten Ostseebad der Insel Rügen, im Ostseebad Binz, direkt an der schönen Strandpromenade, nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand der Ostsee entfernt, finden Sie die "Villa Strandblick"! Im alten Bäderstil liebevoll restauriert und erhalten liegt sie im ruhigeren Teil der Strandpromenade, jedoch nur max. 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum des Ostseebades Binz. Im Parterre des Hauses erwarten Sie unsere komfortablen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen. Von Binz aus können Sie wunderbare Wanderungen in die Natur der Granitz, Radtouren z. B. zum Museumskomplex Prora, eine Fahrt mit dem "Rasenden Roland", Schifffahrten nach Sassnitz und den Kreidefelsen oder in die Ostseebäder Göhren und Sellin unternehmen. Urlaub auf Rügen, im Ostseebad Binz, jetzt kennen Sie Ihr Ziel. Wir freuen uns auf Sie!
Ferienwohnung für 3-5 Personen ca. 67 m2 groß (Erdgeschoss) mit Pantry mit Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster usw. 1 Doppelzimmer, 1 Einzelzimmer mit Sat-TV (Flachbildschirm) Dusche und Badewanne, separates WC. Die Buchung von Parkplätzen ist möglich. Die Gebühr pro Tag beträgt dafür = 15,00 EUR. (Die angegebene Quadratmetergröße beinhaltet sowohl Wohn- als auch Nutzfläche). Das Wäschepaket (Bettwäsche 31EUR/Person und Handtücher 17EUR/Person) ist nicht im Preis enthalten und kann vor Ort hinzugebucht werden.

Gemütliche FEWO mit praktischem Grundriss im Zentrum

Ja, die Wohnung ist ein wenig dunkel und die Einrichtung vielleicht nicht mehr so chic. Ansonsten aufgrund der Lage und der praktischen Aufteilung (Wohnraum, Küche, Diele sehr offen gestaltet; 2 Schlafzimmer) wirklich prima. Haben mich dort mit meiner Mutter 2 Wochen lang sehr wohlgefühlt. Wissen muss man, dass der Zugang zum Parkplatz von der Schwedenstraße aus erfolgt

Schöne Wohnung in bester Strand- und Ortslage. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung war etwas dürftig. Ansonsten aber nix zu Meckern.

Strand direkt vor der Tür

Schöne Erdgeschosswohnung, Zentral gelegen, nahe an der Seebrücke, direkt am Strand, Lage traumhaft. Geräumige Ferienwohnung, 2 Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Fußbodenheizung, Wanne und separater Dusche, allerdings nur 1 Einzelbett im zweiten Zimmer. Mit 4 Personen muss die 4. Person im Wohnzimmer auf der Ausziehcoach nächtigen. Die Wohnung ist saubere und alles funktioniert. Jedoch sind die Elektrogeräten etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wie der 2 Plattenherd. Die Wohnung erscheint etwas dunkel. Meerblick und ein Balkon fehlen uns in dem Preissegment, dafür einen Stern abzug, aber die Größe und Lage überzeugen dennoch.
