5 lodgings in the house. 1st floor (access in winter to the entrance of the building by a staircase descending from the car park): living room-kitchen lounge area (1 sofa bed for 2 people), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room ( shower), separate WC. Shared washing machine. Court + small ground in common. Ski St François Longchamp/Valmorel 17km (only by road D213 via St Martin La Chambre). Snowshoes at 4km. In summer, possibility of parking in the courtyard. Renovated presbytery in the heart of the village, located 17km from the slopes. On a south-east facing hillside. Superb environment of forests and meadows. Pleasant and comfortable cottage. large tarmacked courtyard and small landscaped lot. Very nice unobstructed view of the valley and the mountains. 5 gites in the presbytery of a typical mountain village, located 17km from the slopes of St François-Longchamp Valmorel link. Privileged location for hiking and snowshoeing in the Lauzière massif, a vast natural and preserved area, between Maurienne and Tarentaise. Many hiking trails through mountain pasture hamlets and forests including the Tour de la Lauzière. Village rich in mountain architectural heritage and traditional festivals. A destination worth the detour! Resourcing guaranteed!
