Steps to the beautiful Brookline reservoir a 32 acre park surrounding a man-made body of water approximately one mile in circumference. Let this unit become your home away from home.

Large living room features a sleeper sofa, 50" flat screen TV and a writing desk. Enjoy a great night's sleep on a queen size bed featuring a nectar mattress, bedroom also offers an additional flat screen tv and dresser. Kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, and dining table. Cool off in the outdoor swimming pool or have a bbq in the buildings outdoor pool area.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 per pet, pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

Parking is available at $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
