A bright 52 m² flat renovated in November 2023, with a picturesque view of rue du Cardinal Lemoine. Sleeping up to 3 people, it has a spacious bedroom and a shared lounge/kitchen area with a very comfortable sofa bed (100 x 200 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped and allows you to prepare delicious meals with local products from the charming shops of rue Mouffetard and rue Monge (cheese maker, butcher...).
