This beautiful beach house in a laid back, quiet and very private beach community has been our family home for many years. We recently built a brand new house in place of the old home. It has all the happy vibes of a loving family. We want you to enjoy this little peace of heaven a stone's throw from NYC.

Why they chose this property

Lido Beach is only an hour from NYC but thousand of miles away in the feel and vibe. Its a small island community off the South shore of Long Island with the bay on the North and the Atlantic Ocean on the South. It is serene, quiet and very private. If you want action, bike, walk or drive to the waterfront restaurants in the neighboring towns of Long Beach or Point Lookout. There are several parks and a gorgeous boardwalk with bike lanes. You can use the bikes to bike from the house on a relaxing 10 mile , flat bike ride and get a coffee or breakfast at the end of the trail in the West end of Long Beach.
