Small detached house located in Trizay (17250) that can accommodate 4 to 7 people.
It is composed as follows:

Equipped kitchen: cooking piano, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, kettle, toaster...
- Dining area with round table
- Rest area with sofa, connected TV, free Wi-Fi access.

- Bedroom 1: with a 160x200 bed, TV, wardrobe and storage drawers.
- Bedroom 2: with a 140x200 bed and a 90x200 loft bed, wardrobe and storage
- 1 sofa bed for 2 people in the living room

- Bathroom with, walk-in shower, 1 toilet, washing machine, clothes dryer, hairdryer, ironing board and iron.

- terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue available

Cleaning fee 55€, to be paid on site on arrival.
