Le Cottage du Haras - Petite maison au calme

Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming annexe adjoining the owners' house in Boitron to rent. It has a surface area of 38 m² and can accommodate up to 2 travellers. It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom with bath and you can enjoy a garden of around 80 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, armchair, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor fan, toaster, dishwasher, extractor fan, hob, etc.

First floor
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and open access to the bathroom with bathtub
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 80 m² enclosed garden facing west. It has a table and bench made of millstone. Deckchairs are available.
- An 18 m² covered terrace with garden furniture.

The property is ideally located in the heart of a stud farm, in the peace and quiet of the countryside and surrounded by birdsong. A cosy little nest for nature lovers.

- Boitron tower walk, Sées Cathedral, Le Mêle sur Sarthe leisure centre, Greenway bike ride (10 km), Haras du pin stud farm (20 km) Alençon Cathedral (25 km), Go-karting (5 km), Golf (30 km), Horse riding (10 km), Escape Game (20 km), Swimming pool (20 km)

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the car port closed on three sides. Car essential.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Sées station (12 km) Surdon station (15 km)

- The stairs to the first floor are narrow.

Le Cottage du Haras Petit coin tranquille et paisible au milieu des chevaux et de la nature. On y a de l'espace, un horizon et du silence. La décoration du logement est de très bon goût. Tout y est pensé dans le moindre détail pour être agréable à qui vient y passer quelques jours. Nous sommes passés à deux, l'un en vacances, l'autre en télétravail. Nous cherchions du calme. Tout a été parfait. Excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Le Cottage du Haras "Nous avons passé deux nuits agréables. Bien que petit, le logement offrait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité du mobilier et l'attention portée aux détails. Nous avons également apprécié le calme et la tranquillité de la campagne. Nous avons très bien dormi. L'hôte a bien communiqué et l'enregistrement s'est fait en un clin d'œil. La taille de l'étage est peut-être le seul bémol. Si vous êtes grand vous aurez probablement du mal à manœuvrer car la salle de bain et les toilettes sont petits. Pour autant c'est absolument charmant et les poutres ajoutent du caractère à cet étage. La cage d'escalier est raide et étroite, donc si vous avez des problèmes de mobilité, vous devrez peut-être envisager une autre option."
