This beautiful and well-equipped villa is located in Sa Torre Nova, a privileged residential area in Cala Santanyí with prestigious villas close to the Cala Santanyí beach.

This idyllic family Bay has retained its charm and still offers a pleasant quiet atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.

The house is spread over 2 floors. Left hand of the entrance area is the well equipped kitchen, on the right the "blue" bedroom with trundle bed and a shower room, and the stairs to the upper floor. The entrance opens into the spacious, light-filled, tastefully furnished living and dining area. The large table can accommodate 8 people. From there you can watch all the preparations for a delicious dinner in the semi-open kitchen. The fitted kitchen is well equipped and has a ceramic hob, an oven, a large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, etc. The living area is furnished with sofa, armchairs, flat screen TV, radio, DVD and CD players. Large glass doors lead to the dining table and 8 chairs furnished covered terrace.

Upstairs there are three then also very tastefully furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite and the other two bedrooms share a shower room. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the wonderful, with sofa and table and 4 chairs furnished terrace with sea views.

From the covered terrace on the ground floor a wide staircase leads down to the well-kept, secluded pool. The outdoor area with plenty of sun loungers provides ample space for sunbathing. Additionally, there is a shady outdoor bed to relax.

This dream house offers all the comforts of internet and iPod station poolside and beach towels and bathrobes. Central heating and air conditioning in the upper bedroom are naturally present. For younger guests there is a cot, a cot, a high chair and children's dishes, children's bike seat, games, Dinghy and sand toys. There are 4 bicycles and a ping pong table for free.
