Condo in a Riverfront Complex

Great unit located on the second floor of a small community complex, located steps away from the river. The complex offers an outdoor pool and hot tub that over look the beautiful Colorado river, park like grounds and a dock on the river. The grounds are green and well maintained & makes you feel like you are in a park. There is a wood burning fire pit, where you can relax on those cold winter evenings, and a bbq area. The clubhouse offers many amenities, including a full kitchen and a large TV, and access to the pool.

The unit is a 2bdr/2bth Unit. it can sleep 4, but it can easily accommodate another person, if they are willing to sleep on the couch. The living room has plenty of space, with a comfortable couch, 2 recliners, a TV, and offers a small view of the river. It also has a dining table and a breakfast bar. The Kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher. The unit also offers a washer and dryer.

The Master-bedroom includes a queen bed and a newly remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower. The Guest room also includes a queen bed and plenty of closet space.
The 2nd bathroom has a tub and is newly remodeled as well.

Come enjoy our home away from home. There are many things to do in Bullhead City including jet-skiing and fishing, but you can also enjoy the casinos and night life that Laughlin, NV has to offer.

A nice place to stay in Bullhead City

The condo was as advertised. Plenty of room to spread out, with nice location on the Colorado River. Would like to go back to visit at a more comfortable weather time of year.

We enjoyed this property from the moment we checked in. Robert is an EXCELLENT host. The Bullhead City area has a lot to offer in the way of events and entertainment. Our only caution is with the internet service in the condo complex, it is often not available.
