In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, just outside Burgundy, 40 minutes from Troyes and the factory outlets, come enjoy a peaceful stay in this charming cottage, ideally located for nature lovers and Champagne enthusiasts. You’ll enjoy cozy spaces where both kids and adults can find something to do: reading, games, toys, coloring, foosball… In the village, you’ll find a playground, a multi-purpose sports field (soccer/basketball), a canoe club, and a butcher shop. On the first floor: a spacious living room with a fireplace, a lounge with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a double bedroom with a private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a large shared bathroom area with 4 separate showers, 2 separate toilets, 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom (2 single beds), a triple bedroom (3 single beds), and a bedroom for 4 people (4 single beds). On the garden level, you’ll enjoy the game room with foosball and children’s games. Outside, there’s a terrace, patio furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, lounge chairs, and safe access to the river. Parking is easily available on the street (one car may be parked in the courtyard). Beds will be made upon arrival; linens are provided, and heating, electricity, and firewood are included in the price. The owners, who are winemakers, will be happy to offer you a cellar tour and wine testing by reservation and for an additional fee.
